Commesse che sbuffano se domandi qualcosa, che ti rispondono male se non hai i soldi precisi e non riescono a fare il resto.
Più volte mi è capitato di acquistare cose a ...,98€ ...,99€ e arrotondano sempre il prezzo.
Ho lavorato per anni in un negozio di abbigliamento, non ho mai arrotondato alcun prezzo, se il prezzo è quello, rimane quello, sarà il cliente poi a decidere se vuole o meno i centesimi di resto.
La cortesia e la buona educazione a quanto pare non si imparano con gli anni di esperienza, o ci si nasce o ci si nasce!
Pessimo punto vendita, non per gli articoli, ma per le commesse svogliate e maleducate.

Several times I happened to buy things for ..., 98 € ..., 99 € and they always round up the price.
I worked for years in a clothing store, I have never rounded up any price, if the price is that, it remains the same, it will be up to the customer to decide whether or not he wants the cents of change.
Courtesy and good education apparently cannot be learned with years of experience, or you are born with it or you are born!
Bad point of sale, not for the articles, but for the listless and rude orders.

- Vasta scelta
- i migliori prezzi (quasi sempre più bassi rispetto alla concorrenza)
- offerta ampia di prodotti che non trovi ovunque a Siena.
Nota negativa: chiude un po' presto però bisogna considerare che fa orario continuato.
Parcheggio
Ampio parcheggio. Come per tutti i negozi di Massetana Romana gode di un area con ampi parcheggi
Negozio consigliato!
The best in Siena for household products:
- Wide choice
- the best prices (almost always lower than the competition)
- wide range of products that you can't find everywhere in Siena.
Negative note: it closes a little early but it must be considered that it is open all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo punto vendita fornito davvero di tutto. A volte alcuni prodotti sono esposti in modo un po' confusionario (ad es. per utilizzo anziché per marca) però è solo un dettaglio. Personale sempre molto gentile e orario continuato.
Excellent point of sale really equipped with everything. Sometimes some products are displayed in a somewhat confusing way (eg by use rather than by brand) but it is just a detail. Staff always very polite and open all day.
