★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensisco l'agenzia dopo aver provato ad usufruire dei loro servizi per due volte.
Due mesi fa contatto l'agenzia per avere informazioni su di una villa a Scacciapensieri a Siena. Risposta: "Buonasera, mi dispiace ma è venerdì sera (ore 18.00), ci richiami lunedì mattina!" (l'operatore sembrava scocciato).
La risposta sarebbe stata sufficiente per una recensione negativa, ma capisco che una giornata storta può capitare a tutti.
Ci riprovo Lunedì Mattina di due mesi dopo. Risposta: "Buongiorno, mi faccia contattare il venditore perché non so se ha sempre intenzione di venderla.. Mi può lasciare il suo contatto? Le faccio risapere io, grazie arrivederci!"
Come richiesto dal mediatore, lascio nome, cognome, numero di riferimento dell'annuncio e numero di telefono.
Secondo voi ho avuto una riposta?
Ben lieto di cambiare opinione qualora si decidano a ricontattarmi.
I review the agency after trying to use their services twice.
Two months ago I contacted the agency for information on a villa in Scacciapensieri in Siena. Answer: "Good evening, I'm sorry but it's Friday evening (6.00 pm), call us back on Monday morning!" (the operator looked annoyed).
The answer would have been enough for a negative review, but I understand that a bad day can happen to anyone.
I'll try again Monday morning two months later. Answer: "Hello, let me contact the seller because I don't know if he always intends to sell it .. Can you leave me your contact? I'll let you know, thank you goodbye!"
As requested by the mediator, I leave my name, surname, ad reference number and telephone number.
