In visita con la famiglia ad un parente, che purtroppo non è piu' in grado di riconoscermi, mi sono seduto sul primo gradino delle scale (che abitualmente non vengono usate, preferite ai due grandi ascensori), visto che la sala era piena e all'esterno le sedie erano bagnate causa pioggia. Allorché si avvicina un signore che, senza presentarsi, mi invita - all'inizio con falsa cortesia poi più bruscamente - da alzarmi dalle scale ed andare in sala. Gli chiedo con tono pacato se fosse un dipendente della struttura e lui, evidentemente indignato, dice di essere il direttore, si avvicina intimando di alzarmi e aggiungendo: "questa è casa mia". Dal 5 marzo 2020 (chiusura delle Rsa ai parenti e badanti per provvedimenti anticovid) ho chiesto, e ottenuto, di condividere, come ospite, la stessa camera di mia moglie Adriana, in Senior Residence dal marzo 2014. Ho vissuto questi DUE anni di Covid come diretto testimone dei comportamenti del personale nei confronti degli ospiti. Il giudizio della signora Barbieri su questa Rsa è superficiale,ingiustificato e di grande disprezzo per tutti quei lavoratori che hanno garantito, con grande impegno e dedizione, l'assistenza agli ospiti. Malgrado la continua uscita dall'organico di infermieri e operatori socio-sanitari assunti in forme, modalità e quantità straordinarie dagli ospedali e dai centri anticovid. Per parlare ed esprimere giudizi in modo equilibrato bisogna conoscere, vedere e tener conto del contesto in cui si inseriscono le valutazioni. In ogni caso, staff e lavoratori della Senior, non meritano lo sprezzante e ingiustificato giudizio della signora Barbieri, con cui proseguirei volentieri questo confronto. My name is Franco Aloia. From 5 March 2020 (closing of the RSA to relatives and carers for anticovid measures) I asked, and obtained, to share, as a guest, the same room as my wife Adriana, in the Senior Residence since March 2014. I have lived these TWO years of Covid as a direct witness of the behavior of the staff towards guests. Mrs. Barbieri's judgment on this RSA is superficial, unjustified and of great contempt for all those workers who have guaranteed assistance to guests with great commitment and dedication. Despite the continuous departure from the staff of nurses and socio-health workers hired in extraordinary forms, methods and quantities by hospitals and anticovid centers. To speak and express judgments in a balanced way, it is necessary to know, see and take into account the context in which the evaluations are inserted. In any case, Senior staff and workers do not deserve the contemptuous and unjustified judgment of Mrs. Barbieri, with whom I would gladly continue this confrontation.
