★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato veicolo due anni fa aziendale. Mi è stato consegnato senza essere stato lavato ( bauliera piena di peli di animale) e senza kit gonfiaggio pneumatico (accorto un mese dopo poiché bucato). Ho inviato email di segnalazione dell'accaduto ma mai ricontattato.
Quanto riguarda il prodotto niente da dire......
Purchased corporate vehicle two years ago. It was delivered to me without having been washed (trunk full of animal hair) and without pneumatic inflation kit (noticed a month later because it was laundry). I sent an email reporting the incident but never contacted.
As for the product, nothing to say ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia moglie abbiamo acquistato un auto un mesetto fa con Gabriele Misuri presso questa concessionaria. Ci era stato detto che la consegna sarebbe stato effettuata a fine marzo. Durante questo mese abbiamo cercato di contattare il venditore, una volta per quanto riguarda una domanda sul numero di bombole presenti nel veicolo, adesso invece è una settimana che cerchiamo di contattarlo per sapere lo stato dell’ ordine della nostra autovettura. Ci è stato detto più volte che ci avrebbe richiamato, inutile dire che ormai non ci speriamo più. Un cliente è importante sia prima che dopo l’acquisto, il venire ignorati è la cosa peggiore.
AGGIORNAMENTO:
Ci ha finalmente richiamato dicendo che ancora non ha la conferma dell’ avvio di produzione della macchina. Quindi si slitta di un mese se tutto va bene.
My wife and I bought a car a month ago with Gabriele Misuri at this dealership. We were told that delivery would take place at the end of March. During this month we have tried to contact the seller, once regarding a question on the number of cylinders in the vehicle, now instead it is a week that we try to contact him to find out the order status of our car. We have been told several times that he would have called us back, needless to say that we no longer hope for it. A customer is important both before and after the purchase, being ignored is the worst thing.
UPDATE:
He finally called back saying that he still does not have confirmation of the start of production of the machine. So it slides a month if all goes well.
