★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo tagliando dove ho evidenziato dei problemi all'auto di cui quello del mal funzionamento del sistema start e go ma tutto hanno fatto senza essere autorizzati: liquido tergi, kit spray disinfettante ecc. Con costi onorosi all'infuori del problema dichiarato. Oltre ad un accoglienza pessima in tutti i sensi rispetto a quando ho comprato l'auto. Trattare così un cliente che negli ultimi 15 anni ha comprato 3 renault

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la vettura per una riparazione/controllo in garanzia. A partire dalla prenotazione, la Sig. Imma è stata gentilissima nel riuscire a combinare il primo giorno disponibile per l'auto sostitutiva. Da premettere che solitamente, quando bisogna effettuare il tagliando, porto la vettura con lavaggio effettuato già di mio. In questa occasione, non avendo avuto tempo e temendo di rimanere in panne con la vettura, non sono riuscito ad effettuare il lavaggio, ma con mio gran piacere noto al ritiro della vettura che la Renauto 2000 si era occupata del lavaggio, gratuitamente. E alla fine un elogio al Sig. Pasquale Nacca (carrozzeria) che è sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta di assistenza. Dopo quattro anni che ho scelto Renault come brand per l'auto familiare, posso confermare che Renauto 2000 con il suo staff rappresenta il marchio eccellentemente.
