Mi sono rivolto a questo centro per un problema al software della mia Skoda, subito mi sono apparsi molto scortesi e maleducati. Hanno tenuto l’auto un giorno intero per un aggiornamento e quando sono andato a ritirarla il problema non era stato risolto, ma soprattutto l’auto aveva una vistosa ammaccatura. Mi sono rivolto al responsabile che ha respinto con molta maleducazione e non professionalità quanto evidenziato, alzando la voce e trattandomi male. Ho provato anche a scrivere alla direzione generale, ma mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che non era vero quanto avevo denunciato. Sconsiglio vivamente questa officina!
