Dopo varie chiamate alle 17 mi avevano detto che massimo mezzora e sarebbe arrivato. Pessimi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione. Per i tamponi covid-19 prendono prenotazioni online (ottima cosa) ogni 3 minuti (ottimisti!! Nemmeno fosse una catena di montaggio), salvo poi lasciarti aspettare per un'ora. E dire che nella mail di conferma specificano che in ottemperanza alle norme sanitarie, l'accesso alla sede dovrebbe avvenire non prima di 5 minuti. Quindi neppure arrivare in anticipo può ovviare al problema!
Bad organization. For covid-19 tampons they take online reservations (great thing) every 3 minutes (optimistic !! Not even an assembly line), only to let you wait for an hour. And to say that in the confirmation email they specify that in compliance with health regulations, access to the office should take place no earlier than 5 minutes. So not even arriving early can solve the problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo centro. Un grande maleducato all'ingresso. Scrivono aperti il sabato dalle 7 alle 12 e non è vero. È aperto solo per alcune prestazioni. Scandaloso il comportamento in accoglienza
Bad center. A big rude at the entrance. They write open on Saturdays from 7 to 12 and that's not true. It is only open for some performances. The behavior in reception is scandalous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono più che delusa....fatto tampone il 27/ 12 ed alla 72 ora mi sono dovuta recare di persona per avere il referto. Fatta accomodare in una sala super affollata di persone che dovevano effettuare il tampone......non c'è organizzazione
L'addetto alla ricezione super maleducato. Non metterò mai più piede in quel posto.
I am more than disappointed .... made a buffer on 27/12 and at 72 hours I had to go in person to get the report. Made to sit in a super crowded room with people who had to swab ... there is no organization
Super rude receptionist. I will never set foot in that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito i soliti esami di routine per il controllo della tiroide che faccio generalmente altrove, era la prima volta che mi recavo presso questa struttura, il personale è stato efficiente e gentile ma ho riscontrato delle tariffe molto più alte rispetto ai centri in zona. Molto caro. Ho speso circa 20€ in più
I performed the usual routine tests for thyroid control that I generally do elsewhere, it was the first time I went to this structure, the staff was efficient and kind but I found much higher rates than in the centers in the area. Very expensive. I spent around € 20 more
