Beautiful shop, always well in order and even if small, well restocked, always polite and welcoming staff, congratulations! We needed a shop like this at the vomero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pur piccolo è davvero ben fornito. Nulla da dire sui prodotti Kasanova, sempre una garanzia. Lascio però solo 2 stelle a causa del personale. Le commesse in questo punto vendita hanno modi poco carini con i clienti. Storcono il naso o ti rispondono freddamente se fai qualche domanda in più sui prodotti. Personalmente mi hanno letteralmente sbuffato in faccia per aver chiesto se il prezzo indicato sul prodotto era da intendersi già scontato o da scontare. Poco carino da parte loro anche il sottolineare che il sacchetto ha un costo. Posso mai uscire dal negozio con la padella o un vassoio in mano? Ma soprattutto chi ha mai preteso che fosse gratis? Siate più cortesi con i clienti per favore.
Even if it is small it is really well stocked. Nothing to say about Kasanova products, always a guarantee. I only leave 2 stars though due to the staff. The orders in this store have not very nice ways with customers. They turn up their noses or coldly answer you if you ask a few more questions about the products. Personally, they literally snorted in my face for asking if the price indicated on the product was already discounted or to be discounted. Not very nice of them to point out that the bag has a cost. Can I ever leave the shop with the pan or tray in hand? But above all who has ever claimed it was free? Be more courteous to customers please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuovo negozio della catena Kasanova nella “Galleria Vanvitelli”. Cose di casa con prezzi “bassi”. Il pezzo forte sono le padelle, si compra giusto (forse) per il prezzo. La scelta non è ampia ma c’è l’essenziale, che è quello che serve in un simile negozio. La cortesia è “standard”.
New shop of the Kasanova chain in the “Galleria Vanvitelli”. Household things with "low" prices. The highlight are the pans, you buy right (maybe) for the price. The choice is not wide but there is the essential, which is what is needed in such a shop. Courtesy is "standard".
