Vengo informata all'ultimo momento che non posso effettuare l'esame per indisponibilità del medico e che potrei farlo solo il 26 agosto. È serietà questa? Il centro non è in grado di erogare una prestazione, per giunta a pagamento, entro le 24 ore successive alla data prevista? COMPLIMENTI PER L'ORGANIZZAZIONE! Preciso, dopo aver letto la risposta, che nn ho richiesto alcuna informazione relativa al medico del quale non ho fatto neanche il nome. Il mio feedback è riferito ai soli disservizi organizzativi che nn soddisfano il diritto di ogni persona alla giusta attenzione per la propria salute. I had an ultrasound booked for August 23rd. Conversazione si è prestata invece con molto educazione, tutto ciò è avvenuto intorno alle ore 11:00. È un centro rinomato io sono di casa ma il personale nn tutto, lascia leggermente a desiderare. La ragazza aveva i capelli lunghi ricci e piccolina, scostumata.. Grazie ? un abbraccio virtuale per ora. S	Silvia Renella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza in questo centro è stata pessima ,Mi sono recata li pensando di essere seguita invece fanno le radiografie senza tener conto di quante ne fai per salvaguardare la tua salute soprattutto poi quando si tratta di salute di bambini ,fanno radiografie e basta… anche se per legge loro devono tenerne conto e informarti se ne hai fatte troppe e non pensare a fare solo soldi .Pur avendo uno storico non si soffermano a valutare se è il caso o meno di fare diverse radiografie , le fanno e basta poi chi se ne frega ..,ti rispondo signora lei ha fatto le radiografie , “e tu non vedi il paziente nello storico quante ne ha fatte .?” Quindi direi medici incompetenti ed anche tecnici Le radiografie sono state fatte alla mano anche senza protezione ad un bambino My experience in this center was very bad, I went there thinking I was being followed instead they do x-rays without taking into account how many you do to safeguard your health especially then when it comes to the health of children, they just do x-rays ... also if by law they must take it into account and inform you if you have made too many and do not think about making money only. don't care .., I answer you lady, she did the x-rays, "and you don't see the patient in the history how many he has done.?" Ho fatto una tac polmonare il giorno 7 gennaio che è stata immediatamente refertata visto il problema riscontrato. Umanità, gentilezza e cortesia! I had an excellent welcome in this center, starting from the owner to the staff. I had a lung scan on January 7 which was immediately reported given the problem encountered. I	Irma Astarita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente il centro, ho dovuto fare una lunga risonanza magnetica e ci sono riuscita grazie alla grande umanita e competenza della dottoressa che l' ha eseguita. Inoltre ho potuto usufruire di un macchinario un po' più grande che mi ha dato maggiore respiro. Un grazie anche allo staff gentile e disponibile. I highly recommend the center, I had to do a long magnetic resonance and I succeeded thanks to the great humanity and competence of the doctor who performed it. In addition, I was able to take advantage of a slightly larger machine that gave me more breathing space. Thanks also to the kind and helpful staff.

In quel momento la Signora del call center non mi aveva chiesto se avessi dovuto effettuare l'esame con il mezzo di contrasto. Verificato l'errore ho provato per diversi giorni a richiamare per disdire al fine di liberare il posto e prenotare l'esame corretto. Questa mattina, purtroppo ho trovato una Signora di nome Rosaria che si è rivolta in modo scortese e poco professionale, alzando la voce, intervenendo nella discussione con la sua collega di turno in modo impertinente ed non appropriato. Per anni ho scelto il Centro T. V. per la professionalità, preparazione ed umanità dei medici, ma se le cose sono cambiate così dovrò rivedere il tutto.
