Pare necessario, incredibilmente, precisare che lasciare un campione é cosa decisamente diversa dal sottoporsi ad un prelievo ematico: la prima operazione richiede pochi secondi, la seconda diversi minuti e l'inevitabile coinvolgimento di un infermiere. Va da sé, eccetto che per il proprietario, che sarebbe opportuno distinguere le due diverse prestazioni. Line up for about an hour, just like people for sampling, just to drop off a sample. Anche a me è capitata la stessissima cosa.. ..ho pagato 65€ (prezzo massimo) per un tampone molecolare e mi è stata fatta la ricevuta di 60€ e in più la prestazione dell'infermiere che stesso loro mandano, impongono un pagamento a parte, ovviamente senza un minimo di ricevuta.. Effettivamente sembra tutto studiato a pennello!! È proprio in questi casi che si vede l'onestà e il buon senso delle persone..!! E come diceva Pino Daniele: "n'gopp e sord a gent nun guard n'faccia a nisciun". Vedi quanti tamponi giornalieri.. dichiarando 5€ in meno a fattura più la furbata dell'infermiere senza ricevuta sono soldi a fine giornata! Ho provato a chiamare per chiarimenti ma non rispondono mai!! E' vergognoso speculare sulla salute delle persone, come anche in questo caso vendendo tamponi a prezzi rincarati approfittando dell'esigenza.... Ed ecco il marcio che viene a galla! S	Sara Cimino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la gestistioni dei referti dei tamboni covid è pessima, nulla a che vedere con VARELLI!! ti mandano mail dicendo che è pronto ilo referto, vai sul sito ti registri, e non c'è nessun referto a tuo nome. Una piccola didascalia dice che devi "essere autorizzato" alla lettura dei referti dallo sportello. Chiami lo sportello, tempo di attesa medio 60 minuti, costringendo le persone ad andare lì di persona facendo assembramenti ovvi. Vergognoso. the management of the covid drum reports is very bad, nothing to do with VARELLI !! In virtù di ció ho provveduto personalmente al ritiro del referto ma non sono rimasta soddisfatta dall’iter! Per questo motivo in futuro non mi rivolgeró al vostro centro. Cordiali Saluti. Pagare un tampone molecolare domiciliare 75 euro e dover aspettare più di 48 ore per un risultato è un disservizio e non avere un recapito utile per comunicare è un disagio. Aggiungete una chat al sito, prevedete un canale di comunciazione differenziato per coloro che hanno già effettuato il tampone o l'esame diagnostico, trovate soluzioni alternative, ma non vi appellate al periodo particolare, perché lo è per tutti, per voi che erogate i servizi e per noi che paghiamo perché siano erogati. Per questo episodio sarebbe da 2 stelle, ma so che il loro standard è più alto di così.
