Bad experience, they don't treat customers like that! Notice of the course postponed (without precise date) only one week before (1st February 2018) due to lack of participants, therefore money lost for travel and accommodation! On 13 February I received a new SMS with the course date moved to 7/8 September 2018, I reply to the message confirming my membership but luckily I am waiting to book train and accommodation again. At that point I no longer receive news, until 11 August I decide to send a text message to ask for confirmation, I await an answer to be able to organize myself and I want to clarify that from the same number throughout the summer I received WhatsApp messages in which they were sent to me advertising of many other courses; I receive an answer on 23 August and I am told that the dates are those, but that it is not yet sure that the course starts and I will be confirmed "at the beginning of next week". In the meantime, on the website I discover that the actual dates of the course in question are 8/9 September and not 7/8 September as I had confirmed. On August 28, after a further reminder, I am told that the association is "collecting adhesions and advertising" and that by Saturday 1 September they would let me know ... at that point, considering the need to book accommodation and train, I ask for immediate confirmation, that does not arrive, so I send a message requesting a full refund and attaching IBAN coordinates. End of the sad story, not a serious association to avoid!

Thanks friends of Ipertesto I have taken very important courses for the achievement of my learning and for the experience in my role as a primary school teacher in Bz, where the problem of bilingualism had also been added for me.
