In due giorni siamo riusciti a fare il tampone e dopo 48 ore le risposte...che dire...speriamo di non doverne fare altri, ma se dovesse essercene bisogno chiameremo di nuovo Fabio! We turned to this center to make swabs for Covid, we found in Fabio a maximum availability despite the obvious difficulties of many requests. In two days we were able to do the swab and after 48 hours the answers ... what to say ... we hope not to have to do more, but if we need to we will call Fabio again!

Non rispondono mai al telefono e le mail tornano indietro. Siete un pacco! Non cinese ma napoletano! E ho detto tutto! Aggiornamento. Dopo 7 giorni ancora nessuna risposta. La sommossa dovremmo farla contro gente che non sa lavorare come questa! Chiedetemi di cambiare la mia valutazione... Meritate solo una denuncia! It is not acceptable to wait 5 days and spend 80 euros for a response from a tampon which has not yet arrived in any case. They never answer the phone and the emails come back. You are a pack! Not Chinese but Neapolitan! And I said it all! Update. After 7 days still no response. We should make the riot against people who can't work like this! Ask me to change my rating ... You just deserve a complaint!

Ma non vi rendete conto che la gente sta in ansia e si affida a voi pagando profumatamente???? I confirm the disorganization and the lack of timeliness in the responses especially in this serious period of pandemic should be available even just to say that there are delays in processing the swabs. Siamo in attesa e in ansia e non sappiamo dove sbattere la testa ci hanno detto di attendere x oggi una comunicazione che non è arrivata e non sappiamo nemmeno se l'infermiere che ci hanno inviato per fare il tampone lo ha consegnato al laboratorio perché non risponde!!! PROFESSIONALITÀ E DISORGANIZZAZIONE. ESPERIENZA PESSIMA!!! No answer x 1 swab !!! D	Dario De Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un medico ed ho potuto verificare che i tamponi li fanno a domicilio e non bisogna dare per scontata questa cosa non tutti i laboratori li fanno perché rischiosi! Mi sono trovato benissimo con l'infermiere Giuseppe solerte e professionale ha detto che ci sarebbero voluto un po' di tempo per il risultato del tampone ma la tempistica è stata rispettata. Preferisco aspettare loro un pochino in più della media ma sono sicuro di come vengono processati ovvero con precisione e scrupolosità e soprattutto con macchinari di nuova generazione. Riassunto TOP! Grazie ancora Giuseppe I am a doctor and I was able to verify that the swabs are made at home and we must not take this thing for granted, not all laboratories do them because they are risky! I had a great time with the diligent and professional nurse Giuseppe said that it would take some time for the result of the swab but the timing was respected. I prefer to wait for them a little longer than average but I am sure of how they are processed that is with precision and scrupulousness and above all with new generation machinery. Summary TOP! Nello specifico ci ha assistito l'infermiere Giuseppe che si è rivelato oltre che professionale anche particolarmente empatico vista la situazione delicata. Più volte si è recato a domicilio per dei tamponi con solerzia sia nell'intervento che nelle risposte. Competente, delicato e veramente professionale. Una valutazione eccellente per una persona molto seria ed educata è il minimo che si possa dare! Inoltre passando alle cose pratiche non si può non far notare che per la prestazione a domicilio i prezzi sono irrisori per un professionista.
