All’interno una lentezza pazzesca, per non parlare della signora bionda non proprio simpatica. I don't put a star just for the kindness and skill of the guy who swabbed me. Vi spiego la mia bruttissima vicenda Domenica 5 dicembre ad ora di pranzo non mi sentivo bene e per precauzione mi reco in farmacia per effettuare un tampone rapido in quanto a tavola con me c'era mia cugina incinta ed altri parenti,ore 15:00 effettuo tampone con attesa regolare attendendo il mio turno,mentre attendevo tutti avevano risposta o lasciavano recapito di telefononico per avere risposta,io torno a casa distrutto ed inizia a salire la febbre(40) disperato cercavo di ottenere la risposta del test che non arrivava,ho chiamato ripetutamente chiedendo con gentilezza esito ma niente dicevano che i terminali erano bloccati,fino alle 23 ho chiamato ed ho perso il conto delle volte e spesso mi hanno anche chiuso il telefono solo sentendo la mia voce, stufo alle 23e30 inzio ad alterarmi dicendo di andare di persona e di volere rimborso in quanto il test rapido si ottiene proprio in 15 minuti... con una banale scusa dicendomi che non era scritto bene una lettera del mio codice fiscale la risposta non era pronta ed in più mi hanno mandato a quel paese dicendomi di andare in altre farmacie per qualsiasi problema avrei avuto....ORE 23E30 FINALMENTE ARRIVA RISPOSTA RINGRAZIANDO DIO CON ESITO NEGATIVO. A	Anna Polese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metterei zero se potessi : Domenica mattina, ore 10 entro e noto che nei due corridoi sia di destra che di sinistra ci sono due persone allo sportello quindi mi metto in fila credendo appunto che fossero due normalissime file, arriva il mio turno, mi avvicinò allo sportello ed il commesso di farmacia mi fa" No Signora lei deve tornare indietro e rifare la fila dall'altro lato perché ci sono due file, una per i prodotti e l'altra per i tamponi, oltre tutte questo divisorio l' hanno creato " mentalmente" poiché non c'è nessun avviso a riguardo. FATE SCHIFO. meritate la chiusura, delle denunce e zero possibilità di lavori nuovi in futuro. vergogna
