★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercate di utilizzare il meno possibile SDA come corriere. Se non trovano nessuno presente all’indirizzo di spedizione lasciano il pacco comunque, con la probabilità che possano rubarvelo o danneggiarlo (una volta un pacco è rimasto sotto l’acqua per mezza giornata). A me personalmente è accaduto già 4 volte. Nonostante inseriate il vostro numero di cellulare non si sprecano a contattarvi oppure a tentare una seconda consegna. Inoltre non sono nemmeno furbi; come cognome di consegna mettono il proprio cognome (ovvero del corriere). Un giorno chiederò che fine hanno fatto i miei pacchi, visto che non sono stato io a ritirarli. Vergognosi.
Sconsiglio vivamente; a costi meno onerosi si trovano corrieri molto più professionali.
 Try to use SDA as little as possible as a courier. If they do not find anyone present at the shipping address, they leave the package anyway, with the probability that they could steal it or damage it (once a package was left under water for half a day). It has happened to me personally 4 times already. Despite entering your mobile number, they do not bother to contact you or try a second delivery. They are also not smart either; as delivery surname they put their surname (i.e. of the courier). One day I will ask what happened to my packages, since it was not I who collected them. Shameful.
I strongly advise against; at less expensive costs there are much more professional couriers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did NOT try to deliver package and did NOT contact me to tell me that they had my package - I would not have know if I hadn't checked on Amazon and seen that it had been marked as "Customer to arrange delivery." Difficult for me to arrange if I don't know they have it. Absolutely useless don't use them ever!!!!!!!!!!
