★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato per un pacco non consegnato Nexive, richiedendo di venirlo a prendere personalmente. Scortesemente ci è stato risposto di richiamare dopo le 18.30. Abbiamo richiamato 3 volte senza risposta. Siamo andati personalmente ma aveva già chiuso.
 We called for an undelivered Nexive package, requesting to pick it up personally. We were rudely told to call back after 6.30pm. We called back 3 times with no answer. We went personally but it had already closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refuse to deliver to the address on the consignment, and insists to deliver to the post office as I refuse to drive to them every time a company is stupid enough to use them.
Furthermore their drivers cannot read, and turn up at the post office after closing time.
Half the time the consignments are returned and we are refunded, so it costs the companies using them money and there drivers are driving around pretending they do deliveries.
