I've sent packages from this place in the past and the other day when I went in to get information, the manager of the place made me feel like I was putting him out after I had asked him a couple of questions regarding prices of shipments. I walked out without shipping anything. Will take my business elsewhere.
I blackmailed, as a customer for some time, I asked for information to send parcels and I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the manager and motivation to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficoltà nel ricevere informazioni certe rispetto alla tipologia di spedizione possibile e del suo costo, spedizione effettuata 5 giorni dopo il ricevimento in sede del bene da spedire, e arrivato in imballo diverso e più economico da quello acquistato, senza per altro essere preventivamente informati e rimborsati della differenza. Non hanno idea di cosa significhi gestire il rapporto con la clientela. Informazioni scarse e approssimative. Ho scritto una mail anche alla direzione centrale a riguardo, senza ricevere risposta. Considerando quanto importante stia diventando la logistica e le spedizioni nel business del futuro, ritengo che la cura del cliente, certezza nelle soluzioni e affidabilità, siano fondamentali e tutto questo non sembra essere centrale nel loro business.
Difficulty in receiving certain information regarding the type of possible shipment and its cost, shipment carried out 5 days after receipt of the goods to be shipped, and arrived in different and cheaper packaging than the one purchased, without being informed and refunded in advance of the difference. They have no idea what it means to manage the relationship with customers. Scarce and approximate information. I also wrote an email to the central management about it, without receiving a reply. Considering how important logistics and shipping are becoming in the business of the future, I believe that customer care, certainty in solutions and reliability are fundamental and all this does not seem to be central to their business.

Turns out you can’t use dry ice internationally. The kind man working the counter explored our options and we worked out an arrangement.
