★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono costretto a mettere 1 stella perché non c’è la possibilità di metterne meno. La scortesia e la scarsa professionalità la fa da padrone. Chiamo per cercare di contattare o essere contattato dal corriere perché risulta che la consegna non è stata possibile perché mancava il destinatario all’indirizzo, la risposta è che i corrieri possono decidere di non contattare i clienti e che la consegna verrà fatta il giorno successivo, in caso di ulteriore mancanza di persona che possa ricevere il pacco resta in giacenza per il ritiro in sede. Il pacco non è pesantissimo 15kg ma di grande ingombro e con ogni probabilità non entra in una comune auto. Il tutto mi è stato detto al telefono con una arroganza ed una spocchiosotà che male si abbina ad un servizio clienti. Veramente il peggior servizio ricevuto in tutta la mia vita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of BRT is of a real poor quality. The communication is insufficient, times uncertain, the service highly unprofessional and the delivery delayed of many days. Finally BRT accuses you from not being at home at the right moment or not giving the correct address. I discourage you to use their service.
