 Kind to the depot but unclear the tracking of parcels for a shipment took 5 working days!

Pacco non consegnato, mi hanno fatto andare per ben 4 volte al deposito e il pacco non c'era. Hanno un sistema di gestione e tracciamento assurdo. Non provate a telefonare, tempo sprecato !!!

Parcel not delivered, they made me go to the depot 4 times and the parcel was not there. They have an absurd management and tracking system. Don't try to call, time wasted !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa con la sede di Olmo (PG), in primis hanno sbagliato a consegnare il collo nonostante il nome esatto dell'azienda scritto sulla delega. Ho provato a telefonare per almeno un'ora, sia oggi che ieri, a vuoto. Non ha mai risposto nessuno. Vado di persona a ritirare il collo e mi accorgo, aprendolo in sede, che le bottiglie di vino (dono di natale) si erano rotte. Per fortuna, sia il vino che il contenuto erano dentro buste ben sigillate e il danno si è limitato al vino. Incompetenza, incuranza e nessun riguardo per l'utente.
Very negative experience with the Olmo (PG) office, first of all they made a mistake in delivering the package despite the exact name of the company written on the proxy. I tried to call for at least an hour, both today and yesterday, in vain. Nobody ever answered. I go in person to withdraw the neck and I realize, opening it in place, that the bottles of wine (Christmas gift) had been broken. Fortunately, both the wine and the contents were in well-sealed bags and the damage was limited to the wine. Incompetence, carelessness and no regard for the user.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I peggiori, il peggio del peggio! Un pacco arrivato ai primi di Dicembre Arrivati al 27 ho dovuto fare 50 km per andare a prenderlo. Non rispondono mai al call center. Alla logistica dovrebbero essere tutti licenziati, tanto stanno lì a far cosa? Speriamo di non avere più niente a che fare con loro. Vergognatevi
The worst, the worst of the worst! A package arrived in early December Arrived at 27 I had to travel 50 km to go and get it. They never answer the call center. Logistics should all be fired, so what are they doing? We hope we have nothing more to do with them. Shame on you

Zara used TNT to deliver the items which were first due to be delivered by December 14th, and after failed attempt to deliver ( because they needed to clarify on the address) they were supposed to deliver by 18th of December, which was then stuck in transit for another day. As I ordered kids wear for gifts, and items were to be delivered to a cousin travelling, i had to request the delivery because it was too late to wait. I am appalled that such simple business transaction, as online shopping, can turn into problem in 2018!!! Not surprised that the rating of the TNT is as low as 2 stars. Do better if want to run a business TNT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of all courier services to Italy. They will not answer emails and if they cannot find an address will not telephone. They will lie and claim that the address is mistaken. I will never use them again.
