Sede GLS di Perugia, situata in via Sandro Penna 72. L'edificio Γ© alquanto spartano, ovvero efficace e privo di fronzoli. L'unico lusso concesso, Γ© una macchinetta del caffΓ©, ed un divanetto per attendere il proprio turno. Antistante la reception, vi Γ© un parcheggio, con cinque posti, di cui uno Γ© riservato ai portatori di handicap, e la stessa reception, si sviluppa su un unico piano, non presentando, di fatto, barriere architettoniche. In questo momento storico, a causa del Covid, la struttura potrebbe essere organizzata meglio, per gestire in sicurezza il sostenuto flusso di clienti, che, soprattutto nei periodi festivi, Γ© maggiore. I dipendenti lavorano alacremente, e con me si sono dimostrati gentili e pazienti. Consigliato.

In front of the reception, there is a car park, with five spaces, one of which is reserved for the handicapped, and the reception itself is spread over one floor, not presenting, in fact, architectural barriers. In this historical moment, due to Covid, the structure could be better organized, to safely manage the sustained flow of customers, which, especially during holidays, is greater. The employees work hard, and have been kind and patient to me. Recommended.

Servizio pessimo, il corriere ha suonato , non ha atteso nemmeno un minuto , purchΓ© ho risposto subito dal videocitofono e se ne andato via senza una chiamata oppure un avviso!!! Devo andare io in sede a ritirare il pacco a che serve pagare il servizio che non viene effettuato correttamente

Dopo vari sedicenti tentativi a vuoto senza aver mai trovato un avviso, blocchi e sblocchi di consegna, e molte mie telefonate per concordare data e orario, ho finalmente ricevuto il pacco. Sulla busta risulta che avrei in precedenza rifiutato la consegna. Il tutto naturalmente a mia insaputa! Fenomeno da approfondire.

Confermo tutte le recensioni negative. Aspettavo un pacco in giornata. Rientro a casa alle 11.45 e trovo l'avviso che il corriere era passato alle 12! Nel mentre riesco pure a vedere il furgone ancora nella via e cerco di chiamarlo e fargli cenno, ma nulla, se ne va. Chiamo in sede riferendo l'accaduto, e lamentandomi anche del fatto che se non avevo risposto al citofono potevano perlomeno chiamare come fanno altri tipo Amazon prime e TNT. Dopo aver giustificato il corriere che poteva essersi sbagliato con l orario e rispondendomi sprezzante che telefonare ai clienti Γ¨ un servizio che loro non fanno, addirittura l' impiegata mi dice che il mio pacco risulta consegnato, e insiste che dovevo guardare bene nella cassetta della posta o comunque davanti casa, come se io fossi scema. A quel punto perdo la pazienza e alla fine rintraccia il corriere, e mi dice che sarebbe tornato subito indietro con il mio pacco. Dopo nemmeno un minuto arriva, e ha avuto pure la faccia tosta di dirmi che mi aveva sentito chiamarlo ma non ci ha fatto caso. Ho lasciato perdere per l'esasperazione. Ma che diamine di servizio date? Ma soprattutto che razza di gente assumete?? E pensare che ci sono migliaia di persone competenti a casa senza lavoro. Pessimi proprio
I confirm all the negative reviews. I was expecting a parcel within the day. I return home at 11.45 am and I find the notice that the courier had passed at 12! Meanwhile I can also see the van still in the street and I try to call it and signal it, but nothing, it goes away. Absolutely useless. They never deliver to our house, they deface the original label, removing the post code then put one of their own labels over the top of the original without the post code then say they can't deliver because the address is incomplete. They have done this 6 times now!

Not impressive. Sent a package from Denmark. Promised delivery yesterday. Today they were not able to deliver on the very precisely written address. The recipient has had to proactively call them many times. The sender (me) tries to call them, when one says "English?" they just drop the phone. They claim that they await the sender to contact them (hmmm.... supposed that it was the other way around, since how could one remotely know?) - and again: dropping the phone makes it rather difficult to contact them and ask them to do the job already paid for.
