g	gianpaolo tonelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacco lasciato sul muretto di casa ,senza suonare il campanello o chiamare il numero di cellulare stampato sul foglio, contenente merce per un valore di circa 400€ già pagata. Non è la prima volta che capita. Parcel left on the wall of the house, without ringing the bell or calling the mobile number printed on the sheet, containing goods for a value of about € 400 already paid. This is not the first time this has happened.
R	Ruxher Feraj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 volte mi è capitato di avere una pacco in consegna da Sda negli ultimi mesi , pessimo servizio oltretutto entrambe le volte il corriere ha menzionato di essere passando quando invece il passaggio non era stato effettuato dicendo di avere oltretutto chiamato e in chiamata non avevo ricevuto nulla , pessimi peccato che non usando compri online non hai la possibilità di di vedere il corriere altrimenti avrei annullato l’ordine Nessuna disponibilità da parte loro per organizzare il ritiro in alcun modo cosa che avvenire tranquillamene con altri corrieri se fosse possibile dare 0 stelle lo avrei fatto Veramente pessimi 2 times I happened to have a package delivered by SDA in the last few months, bad service plus both times the courier mentioned that he was passing by when instead the passage had not been made saying that he had also called and I had not received anything on call , bad pity that by not using online purchases you do not have the opportunity to see the courier otherwise I would have canceled the order No willingness on their part to organize the collection in any way which would happen quietly with other couriers if it were possible to give 0 stars I would have done it Really bad

Aspettavo un pacco, non sapevo quando lo avrebbero consegnato, mi arriva codice per autorizzare il corriere al mio ritiro, mi arriva mail che il pacco è stato consegnato ma nessuno lo ha preso...lo troviamo dopo 1 giorno buttato nel giardino tra le piante. Una vergogna!! Ma chi è che stà a casa tutto il giorno aspettando un pacco sulla porta di casa, non sapendo da 2 a 4 giorni quando sarà la consegna? Cambiate mestiere!!! impossible for you to answer the phone. I was waiting for a package, I didn't know when they would deliver it, I get a code to authorize the courier for my collection, I get an email that the package has been delivered but no one has taken it ... we find it after 1 day thrown in the garden among the plants . A shame!! But who is it that stays at home all day waiting for a parcel at the door, not knowing when the delivery will be in 2 to 4 days? Change jobs !!!

Autista non ha voglia di consegnate, non telefona e tu devi ritirare il pacchetto in sede. Nessun modo per contattare SDA. Telefono e numero verde non funzionano, non risponde mai nessuno. Sconsiglio di farvi mandare le vostre spedizioni con SDA. Delusione totale. 4 deliveries in 3 months not delivered. Always the same answer: non-delivery: incomplete address. Driver does not want to deliver, does not call and you have to pick up the package at the office. No way to contact SDA. Telephone and toll-free number do not work, nobody ever answers. I do not recommend having your shipments sent with SDA. Total disappointment.
e	elisa rocchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merce non consegnata. Dal link di tracciamento sembra che abbiano provato 9 volte. In alcuni giorni alle 5 del mattino, negli altri giorni ero a casa. La motivazione della mancata consegna è sempre la stessa: "assenza del destinatario". Non sono mai stati lasciati gli avvisi di tentata consegna. Dunque il corriere la mia casa non l'ha mai vista. Tutti gli altri corrieri consegnano senza problemi. Non ordinerò mai più su un sito che si serva da SDA. Goods not delivered. From the tracking link it looks like they have tried 9 times. On some days at 5 in the morning, on other days I was at home. The reason for non-delivery is always the same: "absence of the recipient". The notices of attempted delivery have never been left. So the courier has never seen my house. All other couriers deliver without problems. I will never order on a site that uses SDA again.

D	Dirk Van Huffel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the driver could not reach our house due to a road blockage we went the next day to the Sda site at Pesaro as anyway we were there in the neighbourhood. The lady in the warehouse was very friendly and within a minute we got our packages ( 2x15Kg). Very good service !!!
