Al di là del fatto che non avevo nessuna tracciabilità della spedizione, e che vista la mole del pacco avrei avuto bisogno di aiuto, mio marito ha preso ferie, ed il pacco senza avviso alcuno di ritardo, mi è arrivato il giorno dopo, con un preavviso di soli tre minuti. . Morale, la tnt traco che aveva ricevuto il mandato della consegna non aveva dato al corriere alcuna disposizione per il ritiro...Ne tantomeno la iacotrans lo aveva fatto con la traco. Mi ritrovo con un materasso da dover restituire non so veramente come e che non so assolutamente dove mettere, all'azienda venditrice che incazzatissima , aveva pagato parecchio in più perché la consegna fosse fatta assieme al ritiro. Vergognatevi per la pessima affidabilità, le procedure di lavoro assolutamente assenti e la poca serietà nel trattare i clienti. Crap. Shame on yourself for poor reliability, absolutely absent work procedures and lack of seriousness in dealing with customers.
