Worst courier in all of Italy, a second goes by, you don't have time to reply that you find yourself the ticket of attempted delivery; no one answers on the phone, practically impossible to collect a package from this courier, ridiculous, unprofessional and rude ...
A	Aron Spell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre orribili esperienze con Bartolini di questa filiale. Nel 2015 mi hanno lasciato davanti a casa, incustodito un telefono da 400€ senza nemmeno telefonare. Nel 2016 ho atteso un giorno intero l'arrivo di un orologio (come da loro traking) e non si sono mai presentati inventandosi che avevano provato a consegnare ma non ero a casa. Ieri doveva arrivarmi un pacco acquistato tramite il servizio Prime di Amazon e sono stato a casa tutto il giorno e nuovamente si sono inventati che non ero a casa. Al di la del fatto che invierò una segnalazione al servizio clienti di Amazon Prime per il comportamenti di Bartolini, vedo che passano gli anni ma questa filiale rimane pessima. Diffidero' in futuro da ogni negozio che si affidi a Bartolini come corriere. Questo corriere oltre a farmi perdere tempo e soldi (per essere obbligato a ritirare il pacco in giacenza) rende pessima ogni esperienza di acquisto. Always horrible experiences with Bartolini from this branch. In 2015 they left me in front of the house, unattended a 400 € phone without even calling. In 2016 I waited a whole day for a watch to arrive (as per their traking) and they never showed up, inventing that they had tried to deliver but I was not at home. I was supposed to get a package purchased through Amazon's Prime service yesterday and I was home all day and again they figured I wasn't home. Beyond the fact that I will send a report to the Amazon Prime customer service for Bartolini's behavior, I see that the years go by but this branch remains bad. In the future, I distrusted any shop that relies on Bartolini as a courier. This courier, in addition to making me waste time and money (to be forced to collect the parcel in stock), makes every shopping experience a bad one.

Prb cmq risolto nei giorni successivi a seguito di varie email inviate. I was unable to speak to them on the phone to resolve a problem with their delivery of a damaged product. Prb cmq solved in the following days as a result of various emails sent.
a	andrea galari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso la sede di Bartolini a San Giovanni in Marignano (Rimini) per ritirare un pacco in giacenza da qualche giorno contenente integratori ordinati sul sito Muscle Nutrition ma non sono stati in grado di trovarlo e consegnarmelo. Me ne sono andato via a mani vuote. Ho scritto anche una e-mail al sito Muscle Nutrition per informarli della mancata consegna e dello scarso servizio. Deludente. I went to Bartolini's headquarters in San Giovanni in Marignano (Rimini) to collect a package in stock for a few days containing supplements ordered on the Muscle Nutrition website but they were unable to find and deliver it to me. I left empty-handed. I also wrote an email to the Muscle Nutrition site to inform them of the non-delivery and poor service. Disappointing.
S	Silvia Maffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potessero mettere 0 stelle le lascerei.... Pessima esperienza, abito a Gradara e ho aspettato il pacco nell'orario previsto dalla mail da loro inviata. Inutile dire che il corriere non si sia visto, mi è poi arrivata la mail di tentata consegna quando nemmeno nella buchetta della posta c'era l'avviso. Essendo una bella giornata avevo aspettato il corriere fuori casa e non c'è ne stata nemmeno l'ombra nel vicinato. Impossibile contattare l'assistenza clienti perché il centralino non riesce a riconoscere i numeri del codice del pacco. Andrò a ritirare il pacco di persona, il servizio da loro offerto è inutile. Con l'unico centralino con cui sono riuscita a parlare non si è risolto niente, il corriere non mi ha nemmeno chiamata seppur io abbia lasciato il mio numero di telefono. Il centralino dopo l'esposizione del problema ha avuto anche il coraggio di chiudermi in faccia non potendo fare niente. Anche il servizio di assistenza clienti è terribile, leggendo le altre recensioni mi stupisco che non sia ancora fallito. Se vi capita di dover ridere un pacco da loro vi conviene andarlo a prendere, altrimenti troveranno sempre un modo per non consegnarlo soprattutto se è un pacco grande. If they could put 0 stars I would leave them .... Bad experience, I live in Gradara and I waited for the package at the scheduled time in the email sent by them. Needless to say, the courier did not show up, I then received the attempted delivery e-mail when not even in the mailbox there was the notice. Being a beautiful day I had waited for the courier outside the house and there was not even a shadow in the neighborhood. Unable to contact customer support because the switchboard cannot recognize the package code numbers. I will go to collect the package in person, the service they offer is useless. With the only switchboard I was able to talk to, nothing was resolved, the courier didn't even call me even though I left my phone number. The switchboard after exposing the problem also had the courage to shut me in the face not being able to do anything. The customer service is also terrible, reading the other reviews I'm amazed it hasn't failed yet. If you happen to have to laugh at a package from them, you should go and get it, otherwise they will always find a way not to deliver it, especially if it is a large package.
