Mi reco presso gli uffici per una info sul collaudo BOMBOLA GPL e....... alla motorizzazione non mi sanno rispondere!!! Realtà pirandelliana che oltrepassa la piú fervida fantasia dello scrittore. Vergognoso.Unico punto positivo il dipendente della sicurezza. Long waits on the phone with no answer. Ho cercato di chiamare dalla 8.30 alle 12.00 di oggi 9 febbraio 2022, mai avuto una risposta di qualcuno. È alquanto vergognosa una situazione del genere!! È un servizio importante da rendere efficace ed efficiente!! I just thought I had problems, but I see that it is everyone's reality. I tried to call from 8.30 to 12.00 today 9 February 2022, never got an answer from anyone. Such a situation is quite shameful !! It is an important service to be made effective and efficient !!

Se un tipo di servizio come questo fosse fornito da un'azienda privata, significherebbe chiudere per "mala gestio" in pochissimo tempo. Ma dato che la Motorizzazione è un ente pubblico e che siamo tutti noi cittadini a pagarlo, vada pure avanti su questi livelli da sempre. Non chiuderà mai e noi cittadini continueremo ad essere presi in giro e ad usufruire di un servizio VERGOGNOSO a tempo indeterminato. Personalmente mi vergognerei a fare parte dello staff di una realtà come questa, imbarazzante ed alquanto indecente. Pensiamo se tutto funzionasse con questi standard di efficacia ed efficienza. Dove saremmo a questo punto? Al telefono senza risposte... For two days for over 3 hours on the phone to be able to talk to someone but nothing, no answer. In certi posti sembra che i dipendenti, in questo casi pubblici, siano ben cintenti che il COVID abbia invaso il proprio ambito lavorativo, grazie al quale possono fare quello che gli pare, aprire una finestra con sbarre davanti e lasciare che un unica dipendente risolva tutti i casi di cittadini senza competenze. Esiste un dirigente in questo luogo di totale anarchia e assenza delle più elementari norme di servizio pubblico? An office that avoids indecency. They are totally ignorant and make up their own rules. Because of them, it cost us thousands to get us and our vehicle out of the country to the safety of Switzerland. Can some superior authority please educate them in their narrow mindness . They did not care what anxiety they caused us and would happily do it again to someone else. I dread to think what situation they would be in if they didn’t have the money to escape as we did. 0 stars
