★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've taken a three days ski course for 2 people: me and my friend.
The gentleman at the counter was very nice, we booked everything and paid by card. The second day we met with Giancarlo, we had a very good experience, he's a wonderful teacher with a nice personality. He evaluated our level and decided what we need to improve, first 2 days went well. On the third day when we arrived at out meeting point in Alleghe a different person came, unfortunately Giancarlo had a tooth abscess and had to go to a dentist, so Guido has been assigned for our last day. I don't even know if I learned anything new that day, because I was too distracted by the fact he's taken 16 calls in the 110 minutes, he was not paying attention, and just when he would look in our direction would say the same things about what we were doing wrong. He never excused himself for taking those calls, but me understanding Italian I got that it was not about some personal urgency. Nor was he in a hurry as at the end he just went to the closest bar and got himself a drink while talking on the phone. We went back to the school to complain on this horrible behavior, and we found out Guido was the school director, so the gentleman just raised his shoulders saying he would pass on the feedback, which I am not sure would happen, since it was the director himself.. I am not recommending you not to take courses at this school, just make sure you check who would be your trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great instructors, friendly staff with a flexible approach and good value for money. Our kids joined ski school for a week and enjoyed the local vibe while their skiing improved a lot. My husband and I took a few one to one lessons which were great.
