La cripta di Santa Maria della Porta faceva parte del casale di Pisanello distrutto molto probabilmente dai saraceni nel XV secolo. Della cripta non rimane più nulla, in quanto situata al di sotto di una chiesetta di forma circolare con copertura a cupola datata 1889. La cripta doveva avere tre navate divise in nove campate da quattro pilastri.
Crypt of Santa Maria della Porta
The crypt of Santa Maria della Porta was part of the Pisanello farmhouse most probably destroyed by the Saracens in the fifteenth century. Nothing remains of the crypt, since it is located below a small circular church with a dome-shaped roof dated 1889. The crypt must have had three naves divided into nine bays with four pillars.
