E un’ora che piange perché non vuole tornare a casa , e non nascondo l’emozione che mi è presa nel ringraziare appunto questa persona semplicemente squisita , professionista unico , uomo vero e soprattutto veramente grande con i nostri bimbi , non posso che ringraziare tutti proprio tutti ma certo ARNOLD E UNICO E CREDO CHE NELLA MIA VITA DI MONTAGNA NON HO MAI INCONTRATO UNA PERSONA COSÌ SPELNDIDA .....!!! In 3 giorni sale e scende da solo dallo ski-lift... siete tutti fantastici sia per pazienza e passione che mettete ma soprattutto che trasmettete! We started three years ago with "the big one" and continued this year with "the little one" of 3 years. Divisione in livelli rapida e precisa maestri bravissimi disponibili affettuosi pieni di energia e di voglia di fare!!! Sempre col sorriso maestri e bambini!!! Allievi che fanno progressi veri! Un vero paradiso per piccoli e grandi che possono godersi in serenità la montagna....all'anno prossimo Just finished the white week here in Pedraces for the second year! La frequentiamo ormai da parecchi anni e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfattissimi sia del livello tecnico che del trattamento ricevuto. Collocata in un contesto di rara bellezza è anche logisticamente comodissima soprattutto per chi deve arrivare sulle piste con i figli piccoli. The best !!! The masters are one better than the other, the always courteous and helpful secretariat, the super efficient management. We have been attending it for several years and we have always been very satisfied with both the technical level and the treatment received. Located in a context of rare beauty, it is also logistically very comfortable, especially for those who must arrive on the slopes with their young children.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere come maestro Andrea. Ci sentiamo in dovere di evidenziare la sua capacità nell'individuare le cose da migliorare, la sua bravura a spiegare come correggerle, la sua disponibilità e, nonostante la giovane età, la sua splendida professionalità e cortesia. Un plauso alla Scuola Sci Badia per aver saputo scegliere un maestro di tale livello. M	Marco Carpene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato le vacanze di Natale (dal 2 Gennaio) in anticipo in funzione di fare lezioni di sci presso questa scuola con un determinato maestro. Veniamo avvisati all'ora di pranzo del 1° Gennaio che il maestro non è più disponibile in quanto devono assegnarlo ad un corso di gruppo. Ho dovuto di conseguenza annullare il tutto perdendo anche la caparra presso l'hotel cui avevo prenotato. La scuola non ha voluto riconoscere nulla. A mio avviso ci vuole più professionalità nel gestire la propria clientela e non trattarla come un numero per fare cassa. Vorrei capire inoltre a cosa serve chiedere la caparra per bloccare le lezioni, se dopo la scuola può permettersi di annullare il tutto all'ultimo minuto. La caparra dovrebbe essere a garanzia di entrambe le parti e non unilateralmente. We have booked the Christmas holidays (from January 2nd) in advance in order to have ski lessons at this school with a certain instructor. We are notified at lunchtime on January 1st that the teacher is no longer available as they have to assign him to a group course. Consequently, I had to cancel everything, also losing the deposit at the hotel I had booked. The school did not want to acknowledge anything. In my opinion it takes more professionalism in managing your customers and not treating them as a number to make cash. I would also like to understand what is the use of asking for a deposit to block lessons, if after school you can afford to cancel everything at the last minute. The deposit should be a guarantee for both parties and not unilaterally.
