★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno vorrei segnalare il prezzo scandaloso che ho dovuto pagare per un primo tagliando ad una panda di € 240 comprensivo peraltro di uno sconto del 15% che altrimenti avrei dovuto pagare ben €300 , di conseguenza sconsiglio vivamente sia l'acquisto che l'assistenza presso questo concessionario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditore preparato e gentile. Quando si parla dell'acquisto di un'automobile la cosa si fa seria e io ho trovato una persona altrettanto seria e esaustiva. Indipendentemente dal finalizzare l'acquisto, consiglio questa concessionaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, mi chiamo Davide Di Biase abito a Pisa ho in officina una GOLF 2.0 tdi STYLE 150 CV acquistata il 2 dicembre 2021 con il PVW la quale mi ha creato da 2 giorni un problema di spie accese per esattezza 12. Voglio esternare un plauso alla ragazza LISA che con grande professionalità mi ha accolto in concessionaria ricoverando la mia auto per risolvere il problema con un cambio immediato di una Polo sostitutiva.
Dichiaro questo perchè la Golf l'ho acquistata a Lucca, ma non sono stati in grado ne di capire il problema dopo un'ora di fermo nè auto sostitutiva, solo con intervento di un carro attrezzi che dovevo chiamare fuori dalla concessionaria!!!
Anche con la Concessionaria di Pisa lo stesso discorso tramite un appuntamento dopo il 15/01/2022.
Ho due Polo delle mie figlie e una Golf personale.
LA SIG.RA LISA (DI SCOTTI) MI HA RISOLTO IL PROBLEMA PERLOMENO CONSEGNANDOMI UNA VETTURA PER VIAGGIARE E TRANQUILLIZZANDOMI PER LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA DI RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA CON I TECNICI VW SCOTTI.... BRAVA E COMPLIMENTI ALLA CONCESSIONARIA.
La Golf l ho acquistata a Lucca perchè finito il PVW l'ho trovata in consegna solo a Lucca altrimenti mi sarei rivolto a Livorno perchè ho già due POLO prese da Scotti.... ringrazio per la collaborazione anche Francesco Panicucci che mia ha venduto le due Polo.

Good evening, my name is Davide Di Biase, I live in Pisa, I have a GOLF 2.0 tdi STYLE 150 CV in the workshop purchased on 2 December 2021 with the PVW which created a problem with lights on for 2 days to be exact 12. I want to applaud the LISA girl who with great professionalism welcomed me to the dealership, admitting my car to solve the problem with an immediate change of a replacement Polo.
I declare this because I bought the Golf in Lucca, but they have not been able to understand the problem after an hour of standstill or a replacement car, only with the intervention of a tow truck that I had to call outside the dealership !!!
Even with the Pisa dealership the same speech through an appointment after 01/15/2022.
I have two of my daughters' Polos and a personal Golf.
MRS LISA (DI SCOTTI) SOLVED MY PROBLEM AT LEAST BY HANDING ME A CAR TO TRAVEL AND QUIET ME FOR THE NEXT WEEK TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH VW SCOTTI TECHNICIANS .... WELL AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THE DEALER.
I bought the Golf in Lucca because I finished the PVW I found it delivered only in Lucca otherwise I would have turned to Livorno because I already have two POLOs taken from Scotti .... I also thank Francesco Panicucci for his collaboration who sold me the two Polo.

January alfa romeo giulia service at Terrafino workshop, trained, friendly staff and ok price. Cutting jeep compass and launches ypsilon hybrid in March, always at the Terrafino workshop, everything is ok. Staff prepared and price ok.
