Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere ed essere seguito da Diego (venditore che consiglierò a tutti i miei conoscenti) che si è fatto letteralmente in 4 per assecondare tutte le mie richieste, fare luce sui miei dubbi e perplessità, non tirandosi mai indietro, anzi venendomi sempre incontro. Macchina ordinata il 19/02/22 e ritirata il 17/03/22. Trovatemi qualche altra concessionaria che vi riesca a fare questa magia!!! Ah piccola nota finale. Io abito nella provincia di Padova, a 300km e 3h di strada. Valutate voi quando mi son trovato bene per spingermi così distante dalle concessionarie nei pressi di casa mia!! A+ Incredible dealership. E da Pisana per finire sono venuta da voi a Livorno e questo dimostra che le persone buone e gentili ci sono ovunque,e sfatiamo la guerra che c'è tra pisani e livornesi,sono stata trattata da ? e lode!!!!! v	valerio nigro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda la vendita mi sono trovato veramente bene. Personale accogliente e molto gentile, davvero bravi. Sul lato “officina” davvero pessimi. Al primo tagliando ho fatto notare un problema anche avevo sul sistema di CarPlay che non funzionava bene, sono uscito da lì che ancora non andava e nessuno a quanto pare sapeva cosa farci. Qualche mese dopo problema alla ruota e sono dovuto andare a ripararla. Piccolo problema: non mi era stato fornito il dado per la vite antifurto. Cosa che naturalmente scopri solo al bisogno, e fortunatamente non avevo forato e non andava sostituita immediatamente. Presentandomi li sono tornato via che alla ruota mi sono dovuto far mettere 4 viti normali, la chiave speciale per quelle viti antifurto ancora mancante, e con il portafoglio con 20€ meno.. mica nulla, quasi quasi mi è stato fatto un piacere dato che mi hanno “fatto un grande sconto” (cit.). Consiglio di acquistare macchine li ma sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di recarsi all’officina, 2 volte ho avuto bisogno per un problema di semplice manutenzione (che ovviamente la macchina è in garanzia, ha 2 anni) e sono state due esperienze una peggio dell’altra. Le 2 stelle sono chiaramente per il settore vendita Skoda. As for the sale, I found myself really well. Welcoming and very kind staff, really good. On the "workshop" side, really bad. At the first service I pointed out a problem I also had on the CarPlay system that didn't work well, I got out of there that still wasn't working and no one apparently knew what to do with it. A few months later there was a problem with the wheel and I had to go and repair it. Small problem: I was not provided with the nut for the anti-theft screw. Which of course you only discover when needed, and luckily I hadn't punctured and didn't need to be replaced immediately. Introducing myself there I returned away that I had to put 4 normal screws on the wheel, the special key for those anti-theft screws still missing, and with the wallet with 20 € less .. not nothing, almost I was almost pleased since they "gave me a big discount" (cit.). I recommend buying machines there but I strongly advise against anyone going to the workshop, 2 times I needed a simple maintenance problem (which obviously the machine is under warranty, has 2 years) and they were two experiences one worse than the other . The 2 stars are clearly for the Skoda sales sector.

Purtroppo sono arrivato in questa concessionaria a fine mese di Marzo.... e tempo di riflettere sul buon preventivo ricevuto che zaaccccc sono scattati subito gli aumenti dal 1° Aprile. L'ottimo sconto formulato con il preventivo iniziale si è trasformato....... in uno sconto assolutamente in linea con quanto offerto da altri. Peccato. Però dai mi sento di consigliare questo concessionario per servizio, competenza e disponibilità dimostrata nei miei confronti. Grazie ancora e sarà per la prossima volta, chissà !!! Il signore del garage(mi scuso ma nemmeno di lui so il nome) gentilissimo ,competente ,chiaro.i I locali sono molto pulitii,cosa importante in tempi di covid. Esperienza positiva.
