F	Flavio Di Venanzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato alle 14 per chiedere se disponibile un'auto usata, mi viene confermato essere a disposizione, arrivo in concessionaria alle 15.30 e mi viene riferito da un venditore che l auto è stata venduta il giorno prima, quindi amareggiato per aver perso tempo sono andato via. Il giorno richiamato il giorno dopo da una ragazza per fissare un test drive? a quel punto spiego la situazione e dopo o qualche minuto di verifica mi viene detto che l auto è disponibile?! Ho modificato la recensione molto negativa solo per la gentilezza della ragazza che si è scusata per l inconveniente, però consiglio più attenzione al cliente e più organizzazione! Called at 2 pm to ask if a used car is available, I am confirmed to be available, I arrive at the dealership at 3.30 pm and I am told by a salesman that the car was sold the day before, so saddened by wasting time I went away . Called back the next day by a girl to arrange a test drive? at that point I explain the situation and after or a few minutes of verification I am told that the car is available ?! I changed the very negative review only for the kindness of the girl who apologized for the inconvenience, but I recommend more attention to the customer and more organization!

Sono entrato in concessionaria, dopo uno sguardo alle auto nel salone chiedo informazioni, mi viene detto di aspettare i venditori anche se uno era seduto al suo posto. Mi siedo aspettando pazientemente, ma quando entra un amico del venditore lo fa accomodare subito, come se io non ci fossi neanche, allora chiedo se ci sono altri venditori, ma pensa un pò l'altro venditore prende l'ultimo cliente entrato e inizia una trattativa con lui. Dopo una buona mezz'ora decido di andarmene vuol dire che la mia terza audi non la comprerò certo da loro. Unattentive staff do not care for the customer at all. I went into the dealership, after a look at the cars in the hall I ask for information, I am told to wait for the sellers even if one was sitting in his seat. I sit waiting patiently, but when a friend of the seller comes in he makes him sit right away, as if I am not even there, then I ask if there are other sellers, but think a little bit the other seller takes the last customer entered and starts a negotiation with him. After a good half hour I decide to leave it means that I will certainly not buy my third audi from them.

In officina a parte due persone che si sono dimostrate gentili e competenti, gli altri sono stati maleducati e incompetenti appunto. Non sapevano niente di ciò che avrebbero dovuto! Alla vendita del nuovo ho trovato un venditore onesto e cordiale ma alla vendita dell’usato audi un ragazzo molto borioso e ignorante con pessimi modi. Nel complesso, non credo di tornarci! Girl at the desk very annoying and rude. In the workshop, apart from two people who proved to be kind and competent, the others were rude and incompetent indeed. They knew nothing of what they should have! When selling the new one, I found an honest and friendly seller but at the sale of used audi a very arrogant and ignorant guy with bad manners.
