Durante i mesi dell'attesa hanno sempre risposto cordialmente e in modo professionale, così come le operazioni di vendita si sono svolte in modo molto efficiente, senza perdite di tempi e/o tempi morti. Organizzati molto bene. Anche la presentazione dell'auto e spiegazione del funzionamento, mi pare sia stata impeccabile.

Il personale gentile, disponibile e molto preparato.
La consegna e' avvenuta una settimana prima del previsto e questo mi ha fatto molto piacere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente abbiamo trovato una giornata storta, ma siamo entrati in 3 ( babbo, mamma e figlia ) per vedere e acquistare un'auto nuova. Quando siamo entrati eravamo solo noi 3 e di 5 del personale, nessuno si è degnato di dare il buongiorno, e dopo 5 minuti che eravamo all'interno del salone, nessuno ci ha chiesto se avessimo bisogno. Lascio a voi lettori la conclusione.
p.s. abbiamo ovviamente acquistato un'auto nuova di un'altra marca.
We probably had a bad day, but 3 of us (dad, mom and daughter) went in to see and buy a new car. When we entered it was just the 3 of us and 5 of the staff, no one deigned to say good morning, and after 5 minutes we were inside the hall, no one asked us if we needed. Il personale si è dimostrato competente e disponibile avendo richiesto anche altri controlli accessori. L' unica cosa che potrei auspicarmi è qualche sconto in più per i "vecchi" clienti assidui e affezionati.
