★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Ho preso appuntamento con una persona che non mi ha detto il suo nome e non ha segnato l'appuntamento in agenda quindi al mio arrivo nessuna sapeva niente. Inoltre l' auto usata che ero andato a vedere era stata venduta quel pomeriggio.
Bad service. I made an appointment with a person who did not tell me his name and did not mark the appointment on the agenda so no one knew anything when I arrived. Also, the used car I went to see was sold that afternoon.

Ottimo lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed assistance vor our Discovery 5 as we were on holidays in Italy. We turned to Dreamland in Livorno as they are listed in Land Rover’s website as an official / authorised service partner. The personell in the Service / Workshop was absolutely unhelpful and borderline rude. They took our car in on Thursday and only ran the diagnostics on Monday the following week…!!! even though they knew we needed to drive back home that Friday. Once the diagnostic was done, they sent us a written offer for the repair, stating the car would be ready in 2 weeks time (!!!). There was no sympathy whatsoever for the fact we had an emergency. Their employee Paola Pribaz was absolutely uncommitted to fixing our problem and as we tried to speak with her by phone and find a solution, she told us to call her back in 10 min… when we called back we found out she had just been gone to her 90-min lunch break… and of course we didn’t hear back from her anymore. Extremely disrespectful and disappointing that Land Rover (which I believe trains its dealers in customer service) allows such incredibly poor service to be present in an official dealer. The experience e in Livorno has made me rethink the option of buying a car from this brand ever again!!!!
Btw, we did take our car out of this dealer and had it towed back home to Switzerland to be fixed - the repair was done within 3 days….
Paola Pibraz and the Dream Land service team in Livorno really did not want to help…
