β β β β β Poor service quality and very slow production process. We asked for a specific piece and confirmed they could deliver in time and manner for our sewing machine model.
When the product arrived, unfortunately, didn't work and had to wait 2 or 3 weeks more just for a small metal piece so we can adapt it to our sewing machine. Caused huge impact in our production process and no proper feedback received.
