dovuta a consegna di materiali non conformi, non di mia proprietà, con relativa riconsegna al magazzino, materiali non compatibili sebbene abbia ordinato tutto presso lo stesso negozio, personale senza professionalità e volontà.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti di buona qualità a prezzi convenienti... Peccato per il personale leggermente svogliato ( a negozio vuoto nessuno si è degnato di chiedermi se avevo bisogno) e al ritiro della merce manco un dito per aiutarti a caricare un box doccia in auto.
Good quality products at affordable prices ... Too bad for the slightly listless staff (when the shop is empty, no one deigned to ask me if I needed it) and when I collect the goods I miss a finger to help you load a shower cubicle in the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una settimana che provo a chiamare il negozio di Livorno in tutte le fasce orarie e non rispondono.
Ho fatto un ordine di 1300 euro il 28 Febbraio, con consegna massimo al 23 marzo e una settimana fa mi scrivono che arriverà tra la settimana 24-31 Marzo.
Il 31 Marzo devo entrare nella casa, ho una neonata e il bagno inesistente perché ci avete truffato dandoci date non veritiere.
Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questa azienda.
I've been trying to call the Livorno shop for a week at all times and they don't answer.
I placed an order for 1300 euros on February 28, with maximum delivery until March 23, and a week ago they wrote me that it will arrive between the week of March 24-31.
On March 31st I have to enter the house, I have a baby girl and a non-existent bathroom because you cheated us by giving us untrue dates.
I strongly advise against buying from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato alla sede di iperceramica di Livorno per un preventivo di una doccia. Personale che non ti coinvolge, ne ti consiglia. Sono stato io a toglierle le parole di bocca.
Cmq preventivo interessante. Il giorno seguente sono ritornato alla sede di Livorno per definire. Erano le ore 19,15. Mi sono sentito dire che era tardi perché chiudevano alle ore 19,30 e il computer era bloccato.
Il giorno seguente o chiamato almeno ad intermittenza tutto il giorno non mi ha risposto nessuno. Solo una email generica. A quel punto ho lasciato perdere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andata due volte, sempre di domenica, a distanza di qualche mese e sempre la stessa situazione anomala!!! Negozio completamente al buio. Impossibile vedere e scegliere le mattonelle. Situazione veramente assurda. Impossibile che per entrambe le volte non funzionasse la luce.
