R	Ricerca Abile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima sede, lavoriamo da anni con gls ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi come con questa sede, punto primo hanno un nostro collo da giorni e non consegnano al cliente(negoziante), punto secondo fanno risultare la spedizione come rifiutata dal destinatario, cosa non vera perchè trattasi di commercio al pubblico(gategoria-medicali) quindi con orari ben precisi di apertura e chiusura. Veramente pessimi, meglio usare altro coriere in quella zona. Bad location, we have been working for years with gls but we have never had problems like this one, first point they have had our package for days and do not deliver to the customer (shopkeeper), second point they make the shipment turn out to be rejected by the recipient, which is not true because it is a trade to the public (category-medical) therefore with very specific opening and closing times. Really bad, better to use another coriere in that area.

Perché a casa c'è sempre qlcuno.pucon altri corrieri questo non succede mai. Le scuse non bastano se il servizio è sempre scadente Packages do not arrive at their destination. Il corriere GLS, a quanto pare, non consegna dove altri corrieri della concorrenza riescono senza battere ciglio. La motivazione è: "non c'è posto dove girarsi con il mezzo". Cosa alquanto assurda, se non ridicola visto che, come ripeto, altri corrieri consegnano con furgoni della stessa grandezza o addirittura maggiore senza problemi, visto che la proprietà ha un cancello che viene aperto appositamente al momento della consegna e dove all'interno è possibile girare un furgone Iveco Daily senza tante questioni. Sperando in un miglioramento del servizio. C	Cristian Cailotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corriere in data 09/05/2022 dichiarava che non aveva trovato nessuno e per questo la merce non era stata consegnata, partendo da Schio alle 16.11 e arrivando ad Arzignano alle 16.35 ci vuole un aereo da caccia,ma non è mai arrivato ad Arzignano e non ha neanche provato a effettuare la consegna, noi eravamo a casa e nessuno si è presentato. Ho chiamato la ditta del corriere e mi hanno detto che era impossibile partire da Schio e fare 50km per arrivare ad Arzignano in un quarto d'ora, per cui il corriere ha dichiarato il falso. Pessima figura della ditta e pessimo corriere

Chiamo la sede e le signorine gentilissime mi fanno richiamare dall'autista che afferma di aver dato il pacco ad una persona che riferiva di essere addirittura parente del destinatario .Effettivamente solo per mia pura intuizione mi rendo conto che ha consegnato il pacco ad un estraneo solo sulla parola , allo stesso indirizzo e allo stesso civico , ma in un paese diverso da quello della bolla di consegna ! Non immaginate la trafila con Amazon e con il venditore per sistemare le cose. Corriere vergognoso ..unica nota positiva ripeto le ragazze al centralino, gentilissime Driver code 37. Vado ma il pacco risulta in consegna. Consegna mancata per indirizzo errato e invece era giusto. Così rivado una seconda volta in sede dove mi dicono di mandare una mail di lamentele ma nel sito non c'è alcun indirizzo mail. One star is too much. The courier never goes home, I ask you to leave the package in storage and to go and pick it up myself. I go but the package is being delivered. Missed delivery for wrong address and instead it was right. So I go back to the office a second time where they tell me to send an email with complaints but there is no email address on the site.

Considerando il pessimo servizio di questa azienda ho atteso con particolare attenzione arrivo della merce, sottolineo che il lavoro mi permette di essere reperibile in qualsiasi orario del giorno (soprattutto quello indicato per la consegna). Semplicemente non è passato nessuno! Sto aspettando la merce da quasi una settimana! Ci tengo precisare che queste cose non succedono con gli altri corrieri,che normalmente mi consegnano la merce in giro di pochi giorni. E ho impressione che peggiora di volta in volta.
