Dopo aver valutato con attenzione il prodotto, abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare in particolare il Sig. Mosè che con serissima e accurata competenza ci ha seguiti e consigliati. Alcune aperture avevano dimensioni, che molti competitor nel mercato non erano in grado di realizzare. In 16 serramenti non esiste una sola imprecisione, a prova del fatto che progettazione, rilievo e posa in opera, sono stati impeccabili. Il Lavoro è stato costantemente seguito in cantiere e i posatori...mani di velluto! Trattandosi di una ristrutturazione questo è ancora più apprezzabile in quanto hanno lavorato in un ambiente vissuto e con intonaci da preservare. Infine ritengo che anche il trattamento economico sia stato di favore. Affidare la propria casa è sempre una scelta che mette in allerta; ringrazio Ruaro perchè tranquillità e fiducia non sono monetizzabili. After carefully evaluating the product, we were able to appreciate Mr. Mosè in particular, who followed and advised us with very serious and accurate knowledge. Some openings had dimensions, which many competitors in the market were unable to achieve. In 16 windows there is not a single inaccuracy, proof of the fact that design, survey and installation have been impeccable. The Work has been constantly followed in the construction site and the layers ... velvet hands! Since this is a renovation this is even more noticeable as they have worked in a living environment and with plasters to preserve. Finally, I believe that the economic treatment was also favorable. Entrusting one's home is always a choice that puts you on the alert; thank Ruaro because tranquility and trust cannot be monetized.

Ho fatto dieci preventivi da varie aziende diverse tra di loro e fatte confrontare da un Termotecnico... La risposta del Termotecnico è stata che il prodotto di RUARO non ha concorrenza, i valori tecnici non sono paragonabili in quanto il prodotto è ai massimi livelli sia di finitura che di isolamento. I miei complimenti vanno in particolar modo a Fabio che mi ha seguito, Andrea e ai montatori per la professionalità e delicatezza nel posare i serramenti. RUARO punteggio pieno. I made ten estimates from various different companies and had them compared by a Thermotechnician ... The response of the Thermotechnician was that the RUARO product has no competition, the technical values are not comparable as the product is at the highest levels both finishing and insulation. My compliments go in particular to Fabio who followed me, Andrea and the fitters for their professionalism and delicacy in installing the windows. RUARO full points. Thanks Moreno and Valeria

Trattandosi di una ristrutturazione il valore aggiunto è stato sicuramente la disponibilità nell'effettuare più sopralluoghi al fine di trovare la migliore soluzione di prodotto compatibile con la struttura esistente. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati e l'installazione ad opera di Manuel ed Ugo è stata accurata e precisa. Consiglio la ditta Ruaro serramenti non solo per la qualità del prodotto (le cui peculiarità tecniche mi sono state spiegate in maniera chiara e comprensibile) ma anche e soprattutto per l'approccio al cliente.
