Per conseguenza mi sono rivolto ad un avvocato, dopo numerose riparazioni i problemi di apertura e chiusura degli infissi sono rimasti: ( spifferi d'aria e rumore , rotture cerniere) I had problems immediately after installing the fixtures. Despite my emails and registered letters the company did not respond. Consequently I turned to a lawyer, after numerous repairs the problems of opening and closing the fixtures remained: (drafts of air and noise, broken hinges)

La qualità dei serramenti si è dimostrata molto scadente; in particolare: la ferramenta usata si è dimostrata non idonea al tipo di serramento con il risultato che una porta si è staccata dalla sede sventrando il legno della maestà su cui era fissata; la tenuta all’aria dei serramenti si è dimostrata pessima con presenza di spifferi; i serramenti sono duri e difficoltosi da manovrare e da chiudere. Nonostante le ripetute email e PEC l'azienda non ha riconosciuto alcuna responsabilità. Il servizio di assistenza si è dimostrato estremamente maleducato ed indisponente quasi fosse istruito a non riconoscere mai responsabilità. Consigliamo di evitare questa azienda e di rivolgervi ad fornitori seri e professionali che conoscano questo mestiere. 0 STELLINE _ VERY MANUFACTURER AND VERY POOR WINDOWS - We had problems after installing the windows. The quality of the doors and windows has proven to be very poor; in particular: the hardware used proved to be unsuitable for the type of window and door with the result that a door detached from its seat, disemboweling the wood of the majesty on which it was fixed; the air tightness of the windows has proved to be very bad with drafts; the windows are hard and difficult to maneuver and close. Despite repeated emails and certified email addresses, the company has not recognized any responsibility. The assistance service proved extremely rude and disrespectful, almost as if instructed to never recognize responsibility. We advise you to avoid this company and to turn to serious and professional suppliers who know this profession.

Evitate!---AGGIORNAMENTO:Finalmente ieri, 6 agosto 2021,la Ditta ha consegnato i serramenti che doveva consegnare ad aprile!AGGIORNO:6 agosto vetrata rotta durante il montaggio;al 28 ottobre devono ancora sostituirla! Sconsiglio del tutto! Company highly discouraged! With us, after 2 and a half months of delay, half the work was done and then heard more. Purtroppo non è stato possibile lavorare con il fornitore in nessun passaggio del processo e questo ha compromesso la collaborazione. The product is beautiful as well as the showroom looks good. Unfortunately it was not possible to work with the supplier at any stage of the process and this compromised the collaboration.

Da dicembre 2021 a fine aprile 2022 Il materiale viene posato un po' alla volta, mano a mano che gli arrivano i componenti, sostituendo e intervenendo più volte generando disagio ai miei clienti. Ogni volta che si presentano c’è sempre un problema causato da loro.. Assurdo! Rispetto zero verso i clienti. Company not recommended, for product and assistance. After 2 years I am still waiting for the replacement of two windows. Whenever they arise, there is always a problem caused by them .. Absurd! Zero respect for customers.
