★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antica azienda agricola che produce riso di diverse varietà. Il gentilissimo titolare ci ha spiegato come la coltivazione avvenga minimizzando l'uso di sostanze chimiche, scelte tra quelle aventi il minimo impatto sull'ambiente e sulla salute.
Il riso prodotto è poco raffinato, in modo da conservare anche le preziose proprietà della parte esterna del chicco. Una visita davvero interessante.
