★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro Google ora sono proprio stanca, dopo numerose segnalazioni ancora utilizzi un'abitazione privata come la sede di un'azienda. Invito gli utenti a segnalare anche a Dhl la situazione, altrimenti saremo costretti ad adire alle vie legali. La foto riporta un'abitazione privata del comune di Marano e non di Thiene dove invece ha sede il servizio.
 Dear Google now I'm really tired, after numerous reports you still use a private home as the headquarters of a company. I invite users to report the situation to DHL as well, otherwise we will be forced to take legal action. The photo shows a private house in the municipality of Marano and not in Thiene where the service is based.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ! I wanted to drop off 2 DHL packages for return. 1 guy was working and talking with a customer. He totally ignored me, didn't told me to please wait for a minute or anything. But he was able to chit chat on the phone with someone who called after 10 min. NO REACTION whatsoever. Extremply arrogant and disrespectful.
