Ho torto io perché finito il lavoro agguanto il pacco e lo porto in filiale alle 17.45 e non avevo la mascherina e non me ne è stata offerta una. VERO. Ho ragione perché torno in ditta, recupero una mascherina e ritorno in filiale alle 17.55 e compilo i moduli per la spedizione, ma la solerte impiegata non bolletta il pacco e lo stesso non viene spedito la sera/mattina facendo in modo che chi stava aspettando il pacco, tra l’altro loro abbonato storico, non lo riceva di venerdì. Prenderò il quinto giorno di ferie sperando che si degnino di consegnare. In fututo eviterò accuratamente di fare acquisti su siti che si appoggiano a questa società. Non aspetta di consegnare e sbatte il pacco sulle scale senza fare firmare. In più lascia tutto aperto. Porta e cancello. Uno schifo. Capisco che prendano personale sottopagando ma da nausea comunque questo atteggiamento. Per evitare ciò scelgo la consegna presso uno dei loro BRT Fermo Point, tipo Tabaccheria o altro e mi arriva il messaggio che l'indirizzo di consegna è incompleto ma l'indirizzo del Fermo Point è nei loro sistemi, non lo devo indicare io ! Di fronte a ciò chiedo allora il ritiro presso la loro sede, scelta che viene accettata e registrata, mi reco presso la loro sede il giorno dopo e mi mandano via perchè la giacenza non è ancora sbloccata ! You have to contact with them through email to even discover when your package will be delivered (in my case date was changed three times day by day). The worst spedition company I've ever met. The worst.
