La consegna del mio pacco doveva essere effettuata ieri come da tracking... E la consegna è stata effettuata con successo alle h 15, quando a casa NON C'ERA NESSUNO!!!! fatto il reclamo via mail, ovviamente per voi è tutto un regola, peccato manchi la mia firma.... Vergogna

The delivery of my package had to be made yesterday as per tracking ... And the delivery was made successfully at 3 pm, when there WAS NO ONE at home !!!! made the complaint via e-mail, obviously for you it's all a rule, too bad you miss my signature .... Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevano un pacchetto speditomi dalla Cina e mi ha dovuto avvisare il venditore cinese che era passato un corriere da casa mia ma non mi aveva trovato. Loro non si sono fatti vivi. Se non avessi chiesto conto del mio pacco probabilmente non l'avrei mai ricevuto.
They had a package sent to me from China and the Chinese seller had to notify me that a courier had come from my house but could not find me. They didn't show up. If I hadn't asked for my package, I probably never would have received it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il gg 21/12 il mio pacco doveva essere consegnato in una citta, il corriere sbaglia completamente citta, di circa 50KM. Chiamo per segnalare il problema e mi chiedono i codici sul pacco, che non ho in mio possesso, altrimenti non avrei chiamato! La signorina Irena non permette neanche di parlare per spiegare la situazione, parlando sopra e non ascoltando, servizio pessimo!
On 12/21 my package had to be delivered in a city, the courier completely misses the city, of about 50KM. I call to report the problem and they ask me for the codes on the package, which I do not have in my possession, otherwise I would not have called! Miss Irena does not even allow to speak to explain the situation, speaking above and not listening, very bad service!

scrivo questa recensione in quanto, avendo letto molte opinioni negative, ero prevenuto in merito al servizio offerto, che io non avevo scelto, in quanto la GLS era stata incaricata dall'azienda NEXT H&S di Monza per una spedizione relativa ad un pc portatile di ultima generazione costoso e delicato.
Quindi ho telefonato alla sede GLS di Novara ( la tratta era Monza-Novara-mio indirizzo ), mi ha risposto una ragazza molto gentile e ci siamo accordati sui dettagli. Ma la GLS a prescindere dalla mia telefonata era preparata ed aveva ricevuto e inoltrato le informazioni correttamente.
Pacco pervenuto oggi stesso, in condizioni ottimali.
Nulla da dire, bravi.
Hi everyone,
I am writing this review because, having read many negative opinions, I was prejudiced about the service offered, which I had not chosen, as the GLS had been commissioned by the NEXT H&S company of Monza for a shipment relating to a latest laptop expensive and delicate generation.
So I phoned the GLS office in Novara (the route was Monza-Novara-my address), a very nice girl answered me and we agreed on the details. But the GLS regardless of my phone call was prepared and had received and forwarded the information correctly.
Parcel arrived today, in optimal conditions.
Nothing to say, good.
