Dopo una settimana di attesa mi sono rassegnato a ritirare di persona un pacco perché non c'è stato modo di contattarli né via telefono né via mail per comunicare il numero civico mancante nell'indirizzo di spedizione (p.s abito in un paese di 4 anime, non in una metropoli: il "postino di una volta" mi avrebbe trovato anche a occhi chiusi)
Except the patience of the staff in the office .... For the rest, UNWORTHY service in a civilized country.
After a week of waiting, I resigned myself to picking up a package in person because there was no way to contact them either by phone or by email to communicate the missing house number in the shipping address (ps I live in a country of 4 souls, not in a metropolis: the "postman of the past" would have found me even with his eyes closed)

Da borgomanero sono andata a chiedere info a Novara e la risposta é stata che il pacco fosse a borgomanero. alle poste di borgo il pacco non risulta!!!
Dettaglio della spedizione sul sito non veritiero. NESSUNO RISPONDE AL TELEFONO. NESSUNO PRENDE RESPONSABILITÁ DI DIRE COSA SIA SUCCESSO e dove si trovi il mio pacco!!!
Spero di non utilizzare piu' SDA .
Very bad experience. Parcel sent at the beginning of November is not yet delivered as of today 8-2-22.
From Borgomanero I went to ask for info in Novara and the answer was that the package was in Borgomanero. at the post office in the village the package is not !!!
Detail of the shipment on the site not truthful. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAYING WHAT HAPPENED and where my package is !!!
I hope not to use SDA anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente degli incompetenti. Ho comprato degli alimenti online. Non sono riusciti a consegnare il pacco ed è andato in giacenza (insieme ad un altro pacco di vestiti che poi hanno riconsegnato dopo una settimana) siamo andati a prenderlo noi peccato che abbiano dato un solo collo e non due e abbiamo scoperto che sono due solo oggi perché hanno scritto al mittente. Quindi ora siccome è cibo non sappiamo nemmeno se sia ancora commestibile e ci tocca andare di nuovo noi in sede. Considerando che il loro lavoro è consegnare pacchi direi che non sono capaci.
Aggiornamento. Chiamo, mi dicono in pratica che la colpa è mia perché non ho controllato che il loro operatore consegnasse tutto. Chi gestisce un magazzino è responsabile della merce che è custodita al suo interno e non può assolutamente cercare di scaricare la colpa su altri. Semplicemente dire "ci scusi è stato un errore" no? Quando si è palesemente in torto non è meglio ammettere l'errore invece di insistere? Ah la signora mentre le facevo notare questa cosa ha messo giù e ora se chiamo suona a vuoto. Quindi io ora non so se consegnano loro, come dovrebbero o se tocca andare a me a prenderlo.
Simply incompetent. I bought some food online. They failed to deliver the package and it went into storage (together with another pack of clothes which they then returned after a week) we went to get it, too bad they gave only one package and not two and we discovered that they are only two today because they wrote to the sender. So now, since it's food, we don't even know if it's still edible and we have to go back to the office. Considering their job is to deliver packages I would say they are not capable.
Update. I call, they basically tell me that the fault is mine because I didn't check that their operator delivered everything. Whoever manages a warehouse is responsible for the goods that are kept inside and absolutely cannot try to place the blame on others. Just saying "sorry was a mistake" right? When you are clearly wrong, isn't it better to admit the mistake instead of insisting? Ah the lady while I was pointing out this thing she put down and now if I call it rings in vain. So now I don't know if they deliver them, as they should or if it's my turn to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non userò più i loro servizi. Tre mesi per una spedizione internazionale, arriva in Italia, il pacco rimane per tre giorni sul loro furgone. Chiamo in sede mi dicono "il corriere non ha trovato il nome sul citofono". Falso, non ho il citofono. Non è proprio passato, mi invitano a dare un indirizzo nuovo allora ho dato quello della mia compagna. Dicono che il giorno dopo sarà in consegna. L'indomani, leggo il tracking dice "in consegna". Lei arriva a casa la sera e non trova nulla, ne un biglietto, ne una chiamata dal corriere nulla. Fun fact, nei suoi appartamenti un corriere può suonare ai vicini, te lo fanno lasciare dentro, lo fanno tutti Bartolini, DHL, tutti...guardo il tracking dice "consegna non avvenuta perché non c'era nessuno". Ma in realtà non sono passati ancora. Dopo 5 giorni richiamo la sede, mi dice "ah ieri non l'ha trovata", ma ovviamente la faccio ragionare sul fatto che sia nuovamente una bugia, come detto...mi fa "oggi è in consegna non si preoccupi risulta preso in carico". Morale della favola, passo in piazza nel paese qui vicino, becco per caso il furgone e ritiro il pacco dal ragazzo. Mi chiedono ulteriori 12€, di tasse ipotizzo. La follia, la follia pura. Pure io ho fatto per un breve periodo il corriere per una ditta privata, so cosa significa, quando sei carico di lavoro etc, ma qui siamo a livello pelandroneria forza mille. Bugie su mancate consegne, la sede che risponde solo dopo 20/30 chiamate. Spero falliscono al più presto e chiudono o la ditta passi in mano a qualcuno in grado di farli lavorare come si deve. SE COMPRATE ONLINE EVITATE LA SPEDIZIONE CON SDA COME LA PESTE
I will no longer use their services. Three months for an international shipment, arrives in Italy, the package remains for three days in their van. I call the office and they tell me "the courier did not find the name on the intercom". False, I don't have the intercom. It is not really past, they invite me to give a new address then I gave that of my partner. They say it will be delivered the next day. The next day, I read the tracking says "in delivery". She arrives home in the evening and finds nothing, neither a ticket, nor a call from the courier, nothing. Fun fact, in his apartments a courier can ring the neighbors, they let you leave it inside, everyone does it Bartolini, DHL, everyone ... I look at the tracking and it says "delivery did not take place because there was no one". But they haven't actually passed yet. After 5 days I call back the office, she tells me "ah yesterday she didn't find it", but obviously I make her think about the fact that it is again a lie, as I said ... she tells me "today it is in delivery do not worry it is taken into account load". Moral of the story, I walk into the square in the village nearby, by chance I catch the van and collect the package from the boy. They ask me for an additional € 12, of taxes, I suppose. Madness, pure madness. I also worked for a short time as a courier for a private company, I know what it means, when you are loaded with work, etc., but here we are at the pelandroneria strength a thousand level. Lies on non-deliveries, the office that responds only after 20/30 calls. I hope they fail as soon as possible and close or the company passes into the hands of someone able to make them work properly. IF YOU BUY ONLINE AVOID SHIPPING WITH SDA COME LA PESTE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience with customers service giver company I ever had in Italy. For few days now I hear stories about the delivery guy that arrives and there was no one there, a complete lie!
Moreover obviously they don't know to read instructions as well, because today I sent it to my
university to a specific lab, the lady in the other side of the phone told me that he came but no one knew the name in which he was speaking about. You might ask why didn't he then asked the secretary to call to the specific lab (which I left the name of the lab ) and the clear answer will be because the delivery man was never there! So my package keep going around for days, they are not even intrested of maybe give you a call (like every other normal delivery company I had to deal with in Italy) because what's better then waste your time ? Definitely do no use this company of illiterates and/or delivery guys that dosen't know to read map/clear instructions. Terrible experience and seriously how this company is still functional?.
Oh and don't waste your time try to ask to speak with the boss or supervisor because his apparently a myth.
