★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducato e arrogante già al telefono: “Il mio lavoro è così. Se le sta bene è così. Lei faccia il suo di lavoro e io il mio!”. Pretendeva 30€ per un preventivo su un prodotto che magari ne vale 20€. I preventivi non sono tutti allo stesso prezzo e il cliente ha il diritto di chiederlo senza sentirsi trattare come un pezzente. Tra all’altro c’è chi fa preventivi gratis in molte professioni “perdendo” il medesimo tempo. L’educazione in primis con il Cliente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per avere delle decalcomanie originali di un frigorifero Hotpoint chemi servivano per nascondere un graffietto che avevo prodotto su un angolo dell'anta in inox. Sono stati gentili e disponibili a procurarmele e anche quasi dispiaciuti nel fornirle a un prezzo un po' elevato, comunque imposto dalla casa madre. Concetto credibile dato che commercialmente è un dato di fatto.
I approached them for original Hotpoint refrigerator decals that I needed to hide a scratch I had made on a corner of the stainless steel door. They were kind and willing to get them for me and also almost sorry to supply them at a somewhat high price, however imposed by the parent company. Credible concept given that it is a fact commercially.
