★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati al meraviglioso Monumento dei Caduti, inizia la bellissima scalinata del passetto di Ancona. Una meravigliosa terrazza che si affaccia sul mare. Sebbene vi sia un ascensore che permette scendere/salire, consiglio vivamente di fare la scalinata anche se lunga ma molto ampia per godere della vista del nostro Adriatico.
 Arrived at the wonderful Monument of the Fallen, the beautiful staircase of the passetto di Ancona begins. A wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Although there is an elevator that allows you to go down / up, I highly recommend taking the long but very wide staircase to enjoy the view of our Adriatic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passetto jest uważana za jedną z dziesięciu najpiękniejszych plaż metropolitalnych we Włoszech i jest z pewnością jednym z najbardziej sugestywnych zakątków Ankony. Na plażę można się dostać, schodząc po imponujących schodach z białego marmuru, które zaczynają się bezpośrednio pod Pomnikiem Poległych , winda czynna jest tylko w sezonie letnim można też zejść wąskimi uliczkami, ścieżkami, które zaczynają się od szczytu wybrzeża i dotrzeć do morza. Jeden z najbardziej panoramicznych punktów w Ankonie. Miejska plaża jest skalista, chociaż na krótkim odcinku jest też żwirek. Duża część plażowiczów wypoczywa na betonowych płytach albo już na schodach prowadzących do plaży. Przy plaży znajduje się ponad 500 jaskiń służyła one jako miejsce schronienia dla łodzi rybackich. Z czasem dobudowano do nich kolorowe drzwi. Jaskinie Passetto stanowią ważne dziedzictwo kulturowe Ankony i wciąż są wykorzystywane. Miejsce ma swój klimat.
Passetto is considered one of the ten most beautiful metropolitan beaches in Italy and is certainly one of the most evocative corners of Ancona. You can get to the beach by descending the impressive white marble stairs that start directly under the Monument to the Fallen, the elevator is open only in the summer season, or you can go down narrow streets, paths that start from the top of the coast and reach the sea. One of the most panoramic points in Ancona. The town beach is rocky, although there is also gravel in a short distance. A large part of sunbathers rest on concrete slabs or already on the stairs leading to the beach. There are over 500 caves on the beach and they served as a refuge for fishing boats. Over time, colorful doors were added to them. The Passetto Caves are an important cultural heritage of Ancona and are still used today. The place has its own atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful monument at the edge of a cliff. There are some stairs to go down. I like to go there running and get to the ocean, the way back up is a really nice exercise.
The view from the top is amazing. And, I've heard that in a really clear day you can see Croatia (not sure about this)
