 Very good everything, exclusive location. Open only in summer, the mixed gratin is phenomenal like most of the other dishes apart from the first courses which are not the best. The prices are in the norm. advise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina semplice, dai buoni sapori tradizionali e basata su materie prime di buona qualità. Molto buoni i primi, dalle porzioni medie-abbondanti. Buoni anche i secondi, anche se, essendo il giorno di riapertura, alcuni non erano disponibili. Il menù non è dei più ampi, ma consente una giusta varietà di scelta; prezzi nella media. Attesa delle portate giusta, anche in relazione al numero di clienti seduti ai tavoli.
Molto bella la location, il Passetto ha il suo fascino. Il locale è semplice, così come l'arredo e l'apparecchiatura, ma questo passa in secondo piano una volta che si inizia a mangiare.
Molto gentile e alla mano il personale di sala, nota di merito per loro.
Simple cuisine, with good traditional flavors and based on good quality raw materials. The first courses are very good, with medium-abundant portions. The second courses were also good, even if, being the reopening day, some were not available. The menu is not the widest, but it allows a right variety of choices; average prices. Waiting for the right courses, also in relation to the number of customers seated at the tables.
The location is very beautiful, the Passetto has its own charm. The place is simple, as are the furniture and equipment, but this takes a back seat once you start eating.
The dining room staff were very kind and easy-going, a note of credit for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marche, in Italy, is a region where food is considered a cult and passion, this restaurant is a symbol of it. There is a staircase to do to reach it (unless you want to take the modern elevator nearby) but it will really be worth your day. Two steps away ... "le grotte del Passetto".
