In un momento di emergenza sanitaria trovo gravissimo trovare la cabina non pulita dai precedenti occupanti tanto da trovare in bagno prodotti organici e non, tovaglioli per terra, gocce di pipì sul wc, asciugamani sporchi. (Mega express 2 cabina 5118) Pavimento pieno di peli di cane, coperte sporche. Mi sono armata di disinfettante e salviette e mi sono pulita la cabina perché mi rifiuto di dormire in un luogo così malsano. Anni fa era la nave che preferivo ma questo sarà il mio ultimo viaggio su Corsica Ferries. Prezzi alti e pulizia inesistente! Vergogna! Dirtiest trip I've ever done. In a moment of health emergency I find it very serious to find the cabin not cleaned by the previous occupants, so much so that I find organic and non-organic products in the bathroom, napkins on the floor, drops of pee on the toilet, dirty towels. (Mega express 2 cabin 5118) Floor full of dog hair, dirty blankets. I armed myself with disinfectant and wipes and cleaned my cabin because I refuse to sleep in such an unhealthy place. Years ago it was my favorite ship but this will be my last trip on Corsica Ferries. High prices and non-existent cleanliness! Shame!

Nave grande e moderna . Molto efficiente. Una compagnia che mi ha avvisato di ogni cambiamento o modifica del biglietto causa covid ovviamente. La nave offre delle cabine veramente confortevoli e a costi bassissimi avendo viaggiato di fine luglio inoltrato. Complimenti alla truppa di navigazione . Continuate cosi I have to say this is my first time traveling with this shipping company. I made the Livorno-Golfo Aranci route and I found myself really well. Large and modern ship. Very efficient. A company that has notified me of any change or modification of the ticket due to covid of course. The ship offers really comfortable cabins at very low cost having traveled in late July. Congratulations to the navigation troop. Keep it up

Das Essen ist nur teuer und eine absolute Schande! Die Fähre ist ansonsten sauber und wirkt gepflegt. ACHTUNG: mit größeren Fahrzeugen, zum Beispiel Wohnmobilen, muss man entweder in der Fähre wenden oder gleich rückwärts reinfahren. There are 2 stars for the relatively punctual departure and for the relatively friendly staff at embarkation. The food is just expensive and an absolute disgrace! The ferry is otherwise clean and appears well maintained. ATTENTION: with larger vehicles, for example mobile homes, you either have to turn around in the ferry or drive in backwards straight away.

Viaggio d'andata Golfo Aranci - Livorno. circa alle 15 dello stesso giorno della partenza ci hanno mandato un sms con scritto che la nave anzichè alle7 sarebbe arrivata alle 11 causa condizioni meteo. La nave era la mega smeralda, nonostante fosse una nave un pò datata era abbastanza pulita e il personale era gentile e disponibile. Ma veniamo al viaggio di ritorno, un vero incubo, la nave in questione è la corsica victoria, una carretta degli anni 70, non si capisce come riesca ancora a navigare. puzza di carburante in cabina, sporca, trapuntini pieni di peli di cane e sporcizia varia, bagno in condizioni pietose, appena riferito tutto in reception anche la persona che mi trovavo davanti non ha avuto il coraggio di contestarmi. Appena toccato terra ho tirato un sospiro di sollievo. Penso che la compagnia debba ringiovanire un pò la flotta o magari mettere delle navi decenti sulla Sardegna visto che le più nuove le usano solo per le tratte tra la Corsica e la Francia I do not feel like leaving a completely negative review also because we did not travel badly during the outward journey. Outward journey Golfo Aranci - Livorno. around 3 pm on the same day of departure they sent us a text message saying that the ship would arrive at 11 due to weather conditions instead of at 7. The ship was the mega emerald, despite being a somewhat dated ship it was quite clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. But we come to the return trip, a real nightmare, the ship in question is the corsica victoria, a cart from the 70s, it is not clear how it still manages to navigate. it stinks of fuel in the cabin, dirty, quilts full of dog hair and various dirt, bathroom in pitiful condition, as soon as everything was reported in reception even the person I was in front of did not have the courage to challenge me. As soon as I hit the ground, I breathed a sigh of relief. I think the company should rejuvenate the fleet a little or maybe put decent ships on Sardinia as the newer ones only use them for the routes between Corsica and France.

Our trip to Bastia got cancelled with the reason "As a result of an event which was beyond our control we can't carry out this crossing." I wrote 2 emails there asking why it was cancelled without any reply since 2 months. 2 weeks later our trip back to Livorno also got cancelled without proper reason, so we had to change both trips to 08:00 o'clock instead of 14:00 o'clock. This caused a lot of troubles with booking and reservation changes at hotels and rental car, which we didn't get a compensation for by Corsica ferries. The Wifi on the ships is very very very slow and unrelieable, so only book this if you really need it... On the way back to Livorno our mobiles phone automatically connected to a satellite-water mobile network provider called Vodafone Maritime, which would have cost us 10381€ / GB. I was a bit shocked when I got the info sms and immediately put my phone into airplane mode. In Livorno, the way to the ferry for passengers without car is very tricky and long. The location information on the corsica ferries website is not correct. Better ask at the information center for the way. The ship already departed at 07:52 instead of 08:00.

Forcing a limited crew to clean the whole ship during embarking and disembarking operations cannot work well. Most of the toilets were extremely dirty and most of the times there was no soap nor paper. The floor all across the ferry and especially in the cabin probably had not been cleaned for weeks. There were spots of every kind, food rests, hair and every possible trace of human presence. I am just grateful that I didn't get some sort of skin disease. On top of all of this, there were only two places open for dinner and they were absolutely packed, with ZERO safety measure for Covid. The actual rating would be -10 if I could give that.
