★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were an hour late embarking from Olibia and the disembark at Livorno was catastrophic. But the ferry was in good shape. The toilets could use more cleaning during a 9 hour ferry ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good thing was, that I received a cabin, altthough it was fully booked.Thanks to Laura from booking for the great last minute support. Only for that 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ However the ship Esmeralda was quite a great disappointment, old and not well maintained. The smell was horrible. People behave very occupying e.g in the lounge of the self service restaurant are People for 20 hours not spending 1 cent in the restaurant and people who buy something have no seat to eat, and have to stand somewhere. Staff us not motivated to support paying guests and leave People with their own food camping and occupying places. Why csn people be there for 21 hours ??? just leave their stuff there and occupying paying guests ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero information how to get there. If you wish to travel without a car the only option how to reach them in Livorno is taxi - which cost half the price of the ferry. Facility is in the middle of nowhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant experience. Not all amenities were available. Some bars and restaurants were not open. But the cabins are just right.
There were problems landing back in Palerma due to a strike so we waited for hours. Allow an extra 4 hours at least. The journey took longer than envisaged plus the waiting to dock.
Food in the restaurant was, well, out of rhis world. Such a wonderful surprise.
Really.
You have the bugfet option but the real a la carte is amazing.
Not having WiFi for almost a day made working difficult. But not a deal breaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice travelled, clean and organized. But me and my family got robbed and we lost all our documents, it was very very hard to get into the boat (we had the tickets and my father had his documents), I appreciate the staff that helped us! Thank you soo much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit of a circus like a Grizzly bear is a bit dangerous. Relax and take your time. There's no reason to get frustrated by waiting in long lines while people around you honk their horns. They had me turn around in the boat and back down a ramp. I imagine this could cause a lot of stress for some people. Three stars because we survived without damage to our car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one start is just because they have a nice Ferry, but the service, the waiting, the organisation can definitely improve. 2h late departure and 1h more to arrive! The departure Adresse is also a never finding one! For the 3h delay you don’t get anything, If you can, don’t travel with them! Ah! And the prices inside are insane and the quality/taste of the food… our Coffee wasn’t good as well as the croissant…
