β β β β β I do not recommend Corsica Ferries in any way. It is not possible to contact any of their offices by phone, the company does not respond to messages sent by email.
Within one month, they changed two departure dates and Corsica Ferries did not provide to us any information in advance. The first surprise came when we arrived in Livorno (Livorno - Golfo Aranci ferry) and only at the portΒ we received the news that the ferry is leaving in one hour from the port of Piombino (of course we had purchased tickets before).
In the same month, there was another surprise when returning from Sardinia. Corsica Ferries decided to change the departure time by 30 minutes (instead of 21.00 pm the departure time was changed to 20.30 pm. So we didn't make it the ferry. Again, we did not receive information in advance. At this point, I have decided to sue Corsica Ferries in court in case the company does not reimburse all the overcosts.

β β β β β You need to find a way to improve the experience for foot passengers. Getting to the boat with luggage is hot and inconvenient. Awful boarding experience.

β β β β β The whole staff in the embarking area is completely arrogant. The communication about Covid-19 requirements to onboard is terrible. Despite two vaccines the staff doesn't let anyone board. No possibility to change the booking. The staff sends you to an office that does not exist. No possibility to take a covid test on the port of Livorno. Once and never again.

β β β β β The way to the starting point was very hard to find. The woman at the ticket point, was telling us the wrong way and we drive approximately 4 roundtrips in Livorno..... after 1 our we were found the place were the ferries starts.... the best for the ferries is, you have a sperrte bag only for the ferrie.... you can park your car and than there is one minute time to go out and to the canine.... please have a look on which parking area you go out.... the label on your car sometimes has not the same number like the real parking lot.....
Good thing...... dogs are allowed on the ferrie.... you can go where ever you like with the dog.... only the restaurant is not allowed....

β β β β β Everything was ok, classic ferry, only thing that surprised me was internet, i just got message on my cell that from now on internet connection is charged... you don't need to connect to wifi it is automatic, so if i wouldn't disconnect my data i would probably end up paying quite an amount... β¬15/MB

β β β β β Decided on a last minute trip to visit friends in Corsica. Did not manage to book that night, kept showing error message, asking you to try again in a few minutes.
Spent the whole night trying with no avail. Anyways it was the 8am ferry so was afraid I could not buy on the spot. Wasted a day in Livorno. Only found out the next day you can buy 1.5 hour before departure at the counters in front of the boat. Worse thing was the counter lady denied that their website booking down, and insisted it was my phone not working, but I tried phone ,tablet and friend also tried but it didn't work.
Need identification and a working phone number because they will update you if there is a delay or cancelled ship.
Anyways going there perfect weather, and the boat was AWESOME! New and beautiful. But upon return, it was windy and pouring, boat was delayed, and departure delayed, choppy waters, I was seasick. People advised me to stay at the back which was less choppy, but also it was the noisiest part of the boat.
Suffered that, arrived safely 2.5 hours later than scheduled arrival. The old ship had weathered carpeting, less fancy restaurants, and old seating, but still clean and not too too bad. Obviously pics were from the nice and pretty liner as the return trip I was just seasick and could not take a single picture.

β β β β β Very disappointed β on sunday 23rd May 2021 we came into port Livorno at 20:50 (one hour before the official depature I had on the ticket) but the ferry was already gone! I had no notification from you about this change and no updated ticket. Luckily I managed to catch Moby lines at 22:00 so I had to buy new ticket. And the customer support (about a week later) reply was: The request had to reach us the following day. "To date the ticket is no longer editable."
Very professional! So I lost my money...
