Il Sacro Monte di Ossuccio comprende quattordici cappelle, distribuite lungo un viale alberato, e il Santuario della Beata Vergine del Soccorso, sullo sfondo della Val Perlana. Le cappelle, di costruzione sei-settecentesca, celebrano i Misteri del Rosario e contengono gruppi scultorei di terracotta, opera di artisti intelvesi, interessanti anche come testimonianza di modi e costumi dei tempi. Preceduta da un ampio portico, la chiesa risale al 1537 con successive aggiunte. L'imponente campanile settecentesco ha un pregevole concerto di 5 campane. L'edificio sacro ha una sola navata decorata di stucchi, affreschi e scagliole, un altare settecentesco e un coevo organo in legno intagliato. Dal presbiterio si accede alla cappella della Beata Vergine del Soccorso, che custodisce una scultura marmorea trecentesca, Madonna col Bambino, che la leggenda vuole rinvenuta in circostanze miracolose, venerata come dispensatrice di grazie. Alle pareti della cappella sono interessanti gli ex voto: piccoli dipinti devozionali raffiguranti interventi miracolosi della Vergine. La principale solennità del Santuario si celebra con grande afflusso di pellegrini nel giorno della natività di Maria (8 settembre). The Sacro Monte di Ossuccio is a religious complex included in the UNESCO World Heritage list within the "Sacri Monti di Piemonte e Lombardia" widespread site. The Sacro Monte di Ossuccio includes fourteen chapels, distributed along a tree-lined avenue, and the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine del Soccorso, in the background of the Val Perlana. The chapels, built in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, celebrate the Mysteries of the Rosary and contain terracotta sculptural groups, the work of intelvesi artists, also interesting as a testimony to the ways and customs of the times. The ex-votos are interesting on the walls of the chapel: small devotional paintings depicting miraculous interventions of the Virgin. The main solemnity of the Shrine is celebrated with a large influx of pilgrims on the day of the nativity of Mary (8 September). Quando arrivi puoi visitare il santuario e vicino c'è una trattoria dove poter mangiare o anche semplicemente bere qualcosa dopo la fatica. It can be reached after a via crucis with a nice drop. La chiesa è nata dopo che una bambina sordomuta ha trovato una statua della Madonna e le ha fatto il miracolo di sentire e parlare. Questa chiesa è dedicata soprattutto alle vocazioni.
