Sto raccogliendo diversi preventivi e spulciando le mail di risposta ho letto che questa agenzia è la sola che richiede un " conguaglio enel" ( che sa tanto di mazzata finale), 8 dico OTTO euro di consumo gas alla SETTIMANA e per finire ben 25 euro a settimana per uso aria condizionata. Con altra agenzia ho pagato 50 euro intero mese per avere fresco in appartamento! Mi dispiace ma tutti questi costi aggiuntivi non vi fanno una bella pubblicità , anche se avete delle belle soluzioni. I would say that we are not there. I am collecting different quotes and sifting through the reply emails I read that this agency is the only one that requires an "enel balance" (which knows a lot about the final blow), 8 I say EIGHT euro of gas consumption at the WEEK and to end well 25 euros a week for use air conditioning. Bagno pieno di sabbia, ragnatele e capelli sotto il letto, capelli sul materasso e guanciali. Abbiamo affittato questa residence, Adriana 2, ed era tutto sporco.In cinque posti letto (sette, volendo, basta aprire il divano-letto) la residence è dotata di soli 4 bicchieri, con dei cucchiaini di plastica al posto di quelli di metallo. Nei cassetti c'era sabbia a volontà, la doccia (se così la possiamo chiamare) toccava il WC, e le mattonelle erano tutte incrostate. I fornelli erano pieni di grasso, la mattina si sentiva un odore di fogna incredibile. Tralasciando la poca fornitura, la sabbia nei cassetti e la cucina in generale, sporcizia e tutto, il bagno era il peggio. Lo scopino del water aveva come minimo quattro anni. Costa un euro dai cinesi o alle bancarelle del mercato. Noi ci siamo lamentati proprio di questo e loro ci hanno risposto che avevano 200 appartamenti. Pessima accoglienza. Mi dispiace per le persone che sono andate in quell'appartamento che hanno trovato tutto sporco, perché l'agenzia non è passata a pulire. Ci dispiace molto perché siamo stati 6-7 anni fa con quest'agenzia per un mese, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. The photos explain everything. We rented this residence, Adriana 2, and it was all dirty. Leaving aside the little supply, the sand in the drawers and the kitchen in general, dirt and everything, the bathroom was the worst. The toilet brush was at least four years old. It costs one euro from the Chinese or the market stalls. We complained about this and they said they had 200 apartments. Very bad reception. I'm sorry for the people who went to that apartment and found it all dirty, because the agency didn't move on to cleaning. We are very sorry because we stayed with this agency 6-7 years ago for a month, and we had a great time.
