Alla prima chiamata (in mattinata) mi risponde una commessa garbata e gentile che mi chiede di richiamare nel primo pomeriggio quando si prevede meno folla ed più agevole x lei controllare. Richiamo nel pomeriggio e purtroppo incappo in un'altra commessa che in modo frettoloso e sgarbato non mi dà alcun tipo di informazione. La gentilezza, quella sconosciuta. Non vi lamentate poi se gli acquisti si fanno online!
Today 2 January 2022, I call x to have confirmation of the availability of a garment. At the first call (in the morning) I am answered by a polite and kind saleswoman who asks me to call back in the early afternoon when less crowds are expected and easier for her to control. I call back in the afternoon and unfortunately I run into another job that in a hasty and rude way does not give me any kind of information. Kindness, that unknown. Don't complain if the purchases are made online!
